DO NOT GO HERE for wash and fold! I called ahead and was told that the wash and fold was $1 per pound, which is awesome except that it was too good to be true. I brought in 2 kitchen trash bags packed with clothes weighing 29 pounds at aroun 1:30. I was told theyd be done by 5 and I picked them up at about 6:30. I had read reviews on here before going and did infact see 2 dogs with emploees behind the front counter. I picked up my clothes and upon a super brief inspection, decided that all the clothes appearred to be there, nicely folded, and smelled decent. For that reason, I left 3 more bags with them and i really regretted it as soon as i got home and started separating out different peoples clothes and noticed pink spots. After that, I inspected all the clothes. More than 1/2 of them had pink spots on them. Most of the ones that didnt were either black, pink, or heavily pattered clothes that i probably just couldnt see it on. There were only a couple lighter colored garments that looked free and clear. I called the laundomat to tell them not to wash any more of my clothes and explained the situation rather calmly (perhaps i should have been a bit more forceful) and i they could say was they couldnt do anything, I would have to talk to a manager. I left my phone number expecting a call back that night but never got one. I came back after dropping the kids off at school to find that they had already washed and dried all the clothes I dropped off last night and the manager wouldnt be in until 6pm tonight. I washed 1 of the spotted garments elsewhere and it didnt completely come out, so now i have to spot treat it as I am sure i will have to do with the rest of the laundry theyve handled. What a waste of time,money and effort. Nobody has offered any resolution to the problem created.

Usually I have an ok experience when I come here but today is probably the worse Ive ever had. The young chick that is working today 8/1/16 has been sitting on her ass the whole time while there is tons of trash and cotton from somebody pillow all over the floor. There is no tissue in the bathroom and to top things off a drunk comes walking in cussin and acting fool asking her to find him some bud (weed) she simply goes along with it instead of telling him he needs to leave. Mind you this is all happening in front of not only my children but other peoples children as well. This place is going downhill. When the Mexican lady with the little puppys works and the young Indian guy works the place runs great but anybody else works the place is garbage. Really thinking about doing my laundry elsewhere.

I have been coming here for years.... This is by far the best laundromat i have been too. PEOPLE COMPLAIN ... because theu do not have a life.. All employees working here are always on point of helping everyone. Though they cant always help everyone at once so be patient.. And yeah oviously there is no freebys.. So stop complaining.. and maybe of we were not so filthy this plase would be clean as can... oh and last the dogs do not bugg anyone, and there super clean and nice.. Soo fhanks guys.. Love this place. KEEP UP THE HARD WORK !!!

I come here often, always been my laundrymat to go to. For convenience really. Theres a lady here on staff who is always rude. So I avoid her. Lately Ive been noticing my clothes doesnt get washed as well as it should. So the machines suck. I know a few family members who stopped coming for that reason. Now, it 8:27 am on Tuesday June 20th, 2017 and although it says it opens at 8 am. I arrive at about 8:25 and the only people here are 3 customers already outside waiting... for someone to open .

This place is great if you dont have dog allergies! An Employee brings his dogs into work with him. In addition dont pay for them to do your laundry unless you like dog hair all over your freshly laundered clothes! An Employee lets one of his dogs lay on the clothes for the heat after folding them!!

Nothing worked, no vending machines worked and only took change although a dollar slot was there. Nickels and dimes. But did wash lol and its on a card

Friendly staff but the place is dirty. Lint traps are packed full takes your to dry.
