THIS PLACE SUCKS !!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!! ALMOST ALL MACHINES ARE BROKEN AND DONT WORK !!!! MACHINES WILL NOT EVEN OPEN OR CLOSE AND THEY LEAK WHAT LITTLE WATER IS IN MACHINE !!! WISHED I READ REVIEWS BEFORE ENTERING !!! HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT - DESERVES ZERO STAR RATING !!! TOLD LADY WHO WORKS HERE TO TELL OWNER TO FIX HER MACHINES !!! DID NOT EVEN STAY TO DRY MY CLOTHES BECAUSE DRYERS ALL HAD OUT OF ORDER SIGNS THEY SHOULD ALSO LABEL WASHERS AS SINCE NONE WORKS PROPERLY !!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS LAUNDRY AGAIN VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTED !!!! OBVIOUS OWNER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT BUSINESS OR HER CUSTOMERS !!!! Never again. The lady that was there was extremely rude. I walk in with 3 kids and she is dropping F-bombs consistently and talking loudly about having sex with different guys. She was trying to get a patrons number and when he left was saying how she was getting with him tonight. She also told me she needed a cigarette and if I need change to get it now. The kids leave to go to the store to get out of the situation and while I was folding clothes she approached me and told me the girls I was with were mean spirited and wouldnt amount to anything. The girls were nothing but nice to her and was polite when they did speak to her. The teenagers were only talking amongst themselves about graduation and softball. WTF! When I called to complain the owner didnt seem too interested.

I hate to write a bad review, because I have had good experiences here but this last time was awful. I dropped off a dry clean only comforter to Ashley who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she was on her phone ignoring me, I should have walked out but I didnt. I paid $30 to have it dry cleaned to come back 2 days later to have a wet comforter wadded up on the floor behind their counter offered to me. I expressed my concern that it was dry clean only, so they rewashed and dried it. I then asked again for it to be actually dry cleaned which took another 3 days to do. After picking it up, it has a pungent odor... so Ill never go back.

Im here at the fountain location and the employee here is very rude with attitude, the young gentleman that is usually here is always very kind. On the other this lady here now very rude smaking her gum ATTITUDE 9/16/16 SHE GOTS TO GO
