I have used Continental Cleaners on Galley for many years. I have never had a bad experience until the one time I made a special request for my jeans. Simply no starch and no creases. My items were not ready on time ...I had to come back the next day, and one pair of my jeans can be cute fashion wear and a deadly weapon, I swear they can stand on their own!!!! Definitely not a serious problem, but if simple requests cant be honored then I hate to see the results if something is ruined. On a positive note the young ladies at the front counter were very polite and apologetic but did nothing to try to fix the situation.

Missing items, horrible customer service. I brought in 28 dollars worth of business wear for my wife (Nikki). Drop-off went normal. Nikki took in the ticket to pickup. She did not count the items nor did the employee count them as the items were turned over. While hanging her clothing up, Nikki realized she is missing her favorite white blouse, the one shes wearing on her ReMax business card. On the next business day we went in to continental cleaners together. The situation was discussed with an employee, a different lady than the 3 that we worked with before. She looked around on the floor

Absolutely The WORST. brought 2 uniform shirts and pants in to be pressed before inspections. There was already a nice crease in the pants and shirt sleeves. They put a SECOND heavy crease on everything. pretty much useless till i get it fixed. IF I can without leaving a line. RIDICULOUS.

I have been using Continental cleaners for years. I get the same great results each time. I have been very happy with them, and the service there is always helpful and friendly. Also, I think they have the best prices in town. Barry

The manager is as rude and incompetent as anyone could possibly be! She’s a pathological liar who will never admit her company’s mistakes!!! Some employees are poorly trained, and even sarcastic when they ruin your garments!

These people are great! Needed clothes picked up same day and no one else I called would let me do that. They were willing to go the extra mile. Very happy
