We showed up around 7pm and put laundry in 2 washers. Well at 8:30pm one of the washers had been stuck on rinse for an hour. We called the management who came very quickly to check it out, he blamed us for putting too much soap in (we put the recommended amount in) and tinkered with it and left. Then it got stuck on spin and the door was locked so we couldnt get our clothes out. We called again and he came back tinkered some more and stood there until it was done. He told us that we had put too many clothes in it. We ended up taking our clothes to another laundromat to dry them because it was already after 9pm.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Put a $20 in the change machine and it only gave us $10 called the number on the door and he said he couldnt do it until later the next day. My husband who works hard for his money doesnt play like that. He ended up calling the cops on us over $10. Poor customer service will never come back here again. I recommend no one else does too

There was no attendant and the coin machine ran out of coins halfway through my dry cyle. Whoever was on the other end of the customer service number on the wall was no help nor very customer friendly. The floors has dust and fluff all over it and the trash was overflowing. Ill be doing my laundry elsewhere from now on.

Coin machine was out and no one was there to help get change
