I go to Cycles because they are close to where I live and Ive been going to them for years, especially since Smileys shut down. The problem with Cycles is twofold. The cleanliness of their machines/business, and their ownership. I was fine going there until lately the owner has been trying to guilt trip me for arriving close to 9 oclock which is the time the last load can be put in. Its stated on the front door, and they officially close at 10:30. Tonight the owner thought it was a good idea to give me a hard time about showing up when I did, and proceeded to argue with me in front of another customer telling me I need to find another place and hell refuse me next time. I suggested he change the times from the sign on the door if he wants to leave earlier and he told me no. The guy is a jackass. Im totally fine with obeying rules of a business, but no one is going to make me feel guilty when I follow those rules and that still isnt good enough. Change your sign! Problem solved. Also, the only reason the owner has been closing the laundromat himself lately is because he treated his closing employees like crap, cash under the table, and below minimum wage. All of which is illegal. I know this because I spoke with them about it. Understandably, they left.

came in an hour and fifteen minutes before close and the lady there (hispanic) refused me washing clothes stating it I dont have enough time. I told her it doesnt take me an hour and 15 minutes to wash my clothes and she gave me a disgusting face and said "well, hurry up then." Then I went to their "ATM" to get money out, but it was broken... I went back to her and said "The ATM is broken". She said, "Well, too bad." Poor service, smelly place, disgusting period. DONT go there.

Nice place in the neighborhood to do laundry. Theres a change machine, or the friendly staff will break bigger bills in the little store/office within the place. Plentiful washers and dryers. Free WiFi, tvs (usually one in Spanish, one in English), Lotto, snacks, drinks, games and a riding pony. Ample parking, easy access off Broadway. As of 10/2013 its $1.50/wash and 25 cents per 9 mins on dryers.

There was a husband & wife team cleaning and tidying up the machines when I got there, not sure if they are owner or managers, but they were super nice, even gave me a quarter back when I accidentally put it in the wrong slot for the dryer. Got my huge featherbed nice and clean.

Good place. Plenty of washers and dryers. Wash is $1.50 for normal sized machines and $0.25 buys you nine minutes of dry time in huge industrial dryers. Wifi there works well, and the owner is nice and helpful. What more could you ask for at a laundrymat?

It is a nice place. There are a few arcade stuff to kill time. They have some smart business ideas to make you spend more money, like lotto and coin gambling machine which I waste half of my changes. Also they have all sizes of washing machines.

A note for the previous reviewer - You dont have to like the place, in fact, go ahead and hate it - but it really isnt necessary to include the ethnicity of the rude employee. Not only is it irrevelant, it is completely inappropriate.

Cycles laundry is a best place to do launder it is very clean & very respectful people new employees are very nice & helpful we all should go to wash their I love this place thanks to cycles laundry 3rd & broadway.

dirty machines on multiple occasions. One time I found sand in all my clothes after using a machine (which didnt look dirty on the inside) and when I complained, I was told I wasnt using my laundry soap correctly.

Its not the most modern place, but the wifi works well and their service has always been friendly.

Dirty. Needs a good cleaning. Used to go here 20 years ago, and it was never this bad.
