If i could give it 0 stars i would. I went in Looking to get purple added to my hair and walked out with dark green hair! WHICH SHOULDNT EVEN BE POSSIBLE ON ANY COLOR SCALE( how the hell they got green from purple i will never know)! After my first wash it turned to green joker hair!! i cried.. so i went back so they can fix it and all that did was damage my hair even more and i could still see green. Not to mention that they use sketchy brand dyes, I looked for it online ( which was very hard to find) and it was a SUPER knock off. also one of the stylist had been dying her hair black for years (so she said) and when i was there she was trying to go blonde, rule number one of hair color is that EVERYONE knows that cant happen and you will go red/orange at best. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The stylist was constantly texting and not paying attention. She very stand off-ish, made a little conversation then just stayed quiet. VERY AWKWARD. The color job was ok, until she got to the top of the head, where it looks like she got lazy and didnt add enough color. After the color, I asked for wavy hair with volume, she gave me flat straight hair! She just seemed like she was spacing out and didnt pay any attention or care. The receptionist seemed clueless as to how take payments. I would skip this place, their Facebook looks all good with pics of hair color theyve done, but when I went it was EMPTY. And it was the owner who did my hair. Just very careless.

WORST PLACE EVER! I dont know where they get all those pictures from but they dont do anything closer to that! the lady that did my hair was very unprofessional, Id already had my hair with some height lights, all I asked her was to do my roots, and give a lighter color to my height lights all she did was cover my roots with a very dark brown color and did nothing to the rest of my hair and she charged me $100 when my hair is up to my shoulders! a total disaster! I complaint to her and she said thats what they usually charge! DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

i came in from a previous BAD hair experience. The salon I went to before told me they could not dye my hair black to light brown ( wanting a balyage" so I ended up with auburn hair and hot roots. A month later I went to Z beauty salon, they did everything I wanted and more. They turned my roots back to black while dying my hair light brown, then giving me a haircut and style. I will be returning!

worst place Ive ever been in. Burned my hair, I will never get it to be as nice as before. I wanted to have only my roots done, I needed highlights, but she did something to my the length of my hair and now its much darker. Its dark yellow and all burned. I dont think there is a dirtier place in tucson... I dont recommend at all...

Wrost place ever!!! They took 5 hours to do my hair when I had an appointment. They are on the phone at all time. They even made me blow dry my own hair.. hated what they did to my hair. Ill never go back . DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Ive had bleach in my hair for 2 hours,very unprofessional! One employee is taking care of 4 customers at once and answering phones. I would not recommend this place to anyone! If I could give no stars I would.
