I was hesitant at first because the stylist I requested and was scheduled with didnt work there anymore and they changed me to someone else and I didnt know until I called to reschedule. So I was a little upset about it. However I was able to change my appointment to a week early with no issues and I added my daughter to the schedule last minute and they fit her in. I was shocked! Then when I got there I was greeted with smiles and an awesome groups of ladies who took awesome care of me and my daughter even my daughter that didnt get anything done and just sat there on her tablet. My daughter saw Emily who listened to all of our concerns and took amazing care of my daughter and went over all the after care recommendations for her. In the meantime I saw Alyssa who colored my hair and she was beyond amazing and went over every option with me and even brought over Michelle (the stylist who would be cutting my hair) to go over the best options and she made a big cut right then and there to help Alyssa know how much to highlight! Then after all of that was said and done I sat in Michelles chair and I cant tell you enough how great of an experience and patient she was working me and my little ones. She even had the lady who did my highlights come back over to address my concerns and they did. Michelle then after she had finished... Went back through because I felt I needed more. She brought out pictures and cut half and had me take a look before she finished. Even the lady at the front desk. And forgive me for forgetting her name) she was beyond great and patient with me. It was an amazing experience and lets just say they just gained a client or 2 for life!! They took great care of us from start to finish. I would say in the future they should make sure they call and inform clients if there is a change with stylists and making sure the client knows what level stylist they have so they have a better idea what they are paying for.

Two-ish years ago they mis-scheduled my appointment so they stuck me with some random person with an opening as consolation. The person did a shoddy job so I stopped going. Since my birthday is this month and its been a while since I had my hair done, I figured Id give it another try and Gabby did it AGAIN! My birthday is on a Weds so I scheduled it for the day before, which I told her. I asked her to confirm it like three times because of the former experience. I called today to confirm again after not receiving a confirmation call from them and was told she put it on the schedule for the Saturday after. Are you kidding?! The fact that I explained my previous experience to her and she still didnt care enough to get it right pisses me off. This has happened TWICE now. Its so unprofessional and I want to put it out there that their reception staff sucks, especially Gabby. If you get her on the phone save yourself the grief and ask for someone else. The manager made it right and supposedly got me on the schedule for tomorrow like it was supposed to be, but unless the people doing my hair tomorrow knock it outta the park, Im done for good. If they kill it, Ill update my review, but until then - I recommend Gadabout who have never messed up my birthday or any appointments in between. Did I mention that the first time they did it, it was for my birthday too. Yeah, awesome. NOT.

DO NOT GOR MARCIA . I usually LOVE toni and guy but recently they have dropped down in customer service and hair stylists SO much. First of all, the receptionist was very young and rude (Im 19 so I understand but I think eye contact and listening are important when working retail) the receptionist booked my appointment wrong so I had to make a second apt for a haircut AND hair dye which she book wrong AGAIN. Then worst of all my stylist- I cant remember her name i will look up for you i think it was mercedes ? anyway. She was solo rude to me the entire time and got irritated every time i tried to talk to her and she did the worst job ever on my highlights there is no difference only that my hair is slight fried now . Her behavior towards me was ridiculous I SHOULD have left right then. And my hair cute was even worse. So disgusted and disappointed in the turn that toni and guy has taken recently. the only good stylist there is the GUY FYI. HER name was MARCIA so awful. She needs to be terminated it was awful awful and she did not go to a good hair school... thats important always ask them that !! ugh I was so angry she was awful

My wife had an appointment for this place with Marcia. She had her appointment for right after work because shes a hard working person and its hard to find time. Work was running a bit late and she was going to be a bit late. She called the store and the stylist said that it was ok and that she should just get there as soon as she could. She arrived 20 minutes late and when she got there was greeted by her stylist with a very passive aggressive attitute. Her stylist seemed very upset that she was late and was very rude. If she didnt think there was enough time, the stylist should not have told my wife it was ok to be late. She wound up leaving and didnt get a haircut. Shell never go back to this location again.

Long story short, this place had an not so experienced person lighten my girls hair... she ended up losing a chunk of flesh about the size of a 50 cent piece because the girl left the little foil thing on too long under the heater. The managers best job at making it right was telling my girlfriend she was "allowed to come back". ALLOWED!? It took almost a year but luckily her hair finally grew back on 80% of the spot. To this day she still has a small scar where hair doesnt grow. This place is just an overpriced supercuts. Equipped with dangerous chemicals and ditzy, rude, inexperienced workers.

Designer, Jarett Lines gave me a mini make-over today when he cut off 4 inches and gave me a modified bob that works nicely with my naturally curly hair. I wont need to do much styling, and Jarett showed me a quick way to finger curl my hair to get the perfect "beachy" look. THANK YOU, JARETT! If youre looking for a new hair stylist, someone who is intuitive, asks the intelligent questions to help you figure out what you want, and someone who is avant garde without going too over the top, then ask for JARETT LINES!

I left with the same split ends I went in with, and it was only a trim! An $80 trim.I scheduled with my regular stylist, who I loved. The salon didnt inform me when they changed me to another stylist. At least have the courtesy to inform your loyal customers when you change their stylist, who they specifically requested. Will not be returning.

Place is very professional ! Monica did a incredible job and I will definitely be coming back ! Just moved here and was looking for a new place and this is it !
