This place saved me! I had my fair share of mishaps with hair salons in the valley and I was beginning to lose hope. I decided to give one more place a try and found West1 Salon in Eagle Vail. Anna was very reassuring and knowledgable on the phone with everything I wanted to do and made me feel comfortable knowing I wouldnt leave without getting what I wanted. For starters, any place that offers wine at 11am is already earning 2 stars. Anna saw my hair and new exactly what had gone wrong at the previous salon. She walked me through what the process should have been from the beginning and how she can fix it now. Every step was explained in detail and it really put my mind at ease knowing she is a professional colorist with a plethora of experience. When it came time for my cut she noticed the previous stylist had made my hair completely uneven!! At that point (hair color perfectly done to my specifications) I knew i could trust Anna to fix this cut and I let her have free reign to do so. During my appointment everyone at the salon was personable and I felt like they all cared about my situation and wanted to make it better. By far the best experience I have had at a Vail salon. All in all, I wasnt just happy with my experience I was amazed! Consider me a forever costumer :)

My whole family (husband, wife, and 4 year old son) got our hair cut by Becca today. Shes fantastic at what she does and is a pleasure to be around. We highly recommend her. We will definitely be regular clients.
