The first time I went in to this ULTA people were friendly, smiled and said hello. This time around I wanted to get my hair cut and colored and I stood at the salon desk for a good 20 minutes. The was a hairstylist who was coloring a womans hair....Not one "hello"...not one "can I help you"...nothing. I understand you are busy, but a simple hello someone will be right with you would be nice. But he just ignored me. then I went to the front desk to talk with the them to ask if they only had one hairstylist that night. They had two people in line for a good 5 to 7 minutes while they chatted with each other...ignoring the people in line. Really? This is your idea of customer service? I usually like Utla and the work they do...but these people were just so rude! I will never go there again. Would rather go across town to another one then to deal with being ignored by rude people again. Which really sucks because if someone is kind and does a good job I will put the word out to all I know. So I guess they just dont want the business.

Ive gone to the salon there about 5 times now to get my hair colored and each time I ended up hating the end product. Ill start by saying o was getting my hair dyed pastel pink. Before that I went to another salon to get it dyed and that was a disaster. They dont charge much so I thought that was cool, but I got what I paid for.. And every time since then same thing. After pastel pink I decided pastel purple was what I wanted. But no, I got literally neon purple. I was so unhappy with it, so I did it at home. but that faded way to quick. So I went back to Ulta to get it re-done and I even had a picture to show, but she made the same mistake. Instead of using pastel purple dye she actually used regular dark purple dye and I pinch of blue. Still it came out neon purple. To say the least I would only recommend getting a small cut there.

They have an awesome selection of products at a decent price, plus coupons available. The only down side to going is the staff is unknowledgeable of products and sales. I purchased a PUR minerals product which was supposed to come with a free gift, when I asked the girl at checkout she told me no there wasnt a free gift, after i paid I went back to where I got my compact and asked an associate on the floor why the sign said there was but the cashier said there wasnt. she apologized and brought me the wrong item. Ive had problems with their lack of product knowledge numerous times. I started shopping online when I can instead of going in store.

Went in here on a whim with my sister and boyfriend. Britney helped us around the store and showed us some really cool products and helped us find stuff in our budget. They werent too expensive and everyone was very nice, even when I had a bit of an allergic reaction to some makeup I got on my hands, they helped me take it off. The only thing I would change is moving the hair section to the side of the store, instead of the back. Britney was honestly an amazing employee. She really went out of her way to help us and wasnt just trying to get us to buy something; so if youre in there, ask for her!

Cami and Lizz at the ULTA salon on Oracle and Wetmore are the BEST! These ladies listen to your desires for your hair and deliver excellence. Thank you Ladies! They strive to give you the desired look that you came in for and NAIL IT! Also the sales staff at this ULTA is so much better than the Park Place location. I went in a few days ago and got color matched for foundation and concealer... I got matched for the wrong concealer. So I walked into work today with this massive orange patch on my face, and ended up washing my makeup off in the bathroom during break. I wont claim the whole location is bad... but the blonde older lady which i cant remember her name for the life of me, learn your trade... and the sLes associate that interrupted me matching myself to get me a professional... just dont.

The salon part sucks. They cant do anything right. Got my hair cut a few days ago I showed the person (Sam) what I wanted I also had my mom and sister explain to him afterwards so he knows what Im talking about. He didnt get it right. It took him for 4 times and I said for get it because he cant do it. I seriously cant find anyone around here to do a perfect bobbed stacked hair cut. I chopped all my hair off for it to look like crap.

Large selection of product, but employee help was minimal. Went in here with my friend asking for hair bleach, an employee acted as if its a non existent product and lead us to an completely off area. I asked for another product which I had to explain to the employee what it was (Leave in conditioner) Which they could not properly find as well and started to recommend products of different nature.

The location on Oracle and Wetmore must be going thru a remodel. All racks are on casters.None of the products were in normal places. 5 employees an 2 customers. I went in for 3 products. Not one employee acknowledged me. I did not find any of the products and left. No wonder people shop online.

I got a haircut with Janet, and she did a great job dealing with my scraggly hair. She put in a lot of time to clean everything up and make long layers. She also took the time to show me how to part it and style it easily. You can make an appointment online!

The associates at this store are all rude. I try to be friendly and seem approachable but they just give me a mean look like if in crazy. Ive only had one person be nice to me but even then she was just trying really hard to sell me stuff that I didnt like.

Everytime I ask about any products the sales associates NEVER know what theyre talking about. Or tell me the wrong thing.. You would think they would at least know release dates of products since they do work at a store that mainly consists on makeup.
