If I could seriously give Mia Bella salon a negative star I would. I had an appointment with Heidi, NOT once in my 32 years have I ever been treated so horribly in a salon. Its one thing if you dont want to color someones hair, but from the moment I walked in Heidi was extremely rude to me. I was dropped off my by husband 45 minutes early ( I wasnt expecting to get in early) I knew I would have to sit and wait my turn. But she was rude to me and even had the balls to tell me she probably wouldnt even be done with the client before by the time appointment was. So right there should have told me she just didnt want to do my hair. I ended up walking out in tears. I understand that my hair is brown and I asked for a full bleach foil. I know it can be done and yes its a lot of work and its a process. and I found a way nicer salon that will take care of me and take the time to do it. Heidi completely embarrassed me in front of another client because I had box color on my roots. The other stylist that was in the salon wasnt much nicer about it either. I will never return there and I will make sure everyone I know will as well never go there. Maybe Heidi should go back to school and learn how to actually do hair. HORRIBLE.

I have been going to Heidi for a few years now. I followed her from another salon because she does such a fabulous job! The first time she did my hair, it was a color correction that she had to fix. I had gone to another salon in the valley & they had turned my hair into an ashy gray in an attempt to add some color back because I had highlighted my hair so much it was becoming overprocessed. Well it didnt work, it looked awful!! So I tried a different salon & thats where I was introduced to Heidi. She took the time to look at my hair and explain the process that it was going to take in order to get my hair back to a normal color. It took a few appointments to get my hair back to where I wanted it but it was so worth it!! I have really thick, wavy hair and I have had a hard time in the past finding a stylist that can make it look like I want & Heidi can EVERY time!! I would recommend her to anyone!

I made an appointment for a haircut at 2:00 showed up 5 minutes early early and waited for 15 minutes before leaving with no haircut. During that time only one person was cutting a mans hair and two customers were sitting unattended while their hair was setting. During this time the two other cosmetologist were just talking in the back of the salon when they could have at least started cutting my hair. What is the point of making an appointment if it is not honered..Why would they think that their time is more important than mine? I showed up to my work an hour early and just ended up waiting around. Thanks for wasting my time mia bella.

Stopped in to ask questions regarding drastic hair color changes. Miranda listened and explained my options patiently and we booked an appointment. She did an awesome job blending my color. Im now coloring my hair less often because she made my gray blend in with my natural brown and her blonde highlights. I get so many compliments and its not FRIED! Ive been her customer since April 2016.

Great location and amazing service!! Ive been going to Jordan for a few years now and she always takes amazing care and time doing my hair. I have been dying my hair for the past 15 years and Jordan is the best Ive found. If Jordan is booked I highly recommend seeing Miranda. She is also experienced with color and does a great cut. I will never go anywhere else in Bozeman again!

HORRIBLE customer service. Loved the salon & even liked the cut (the first time) but very strange interpersonal vibe. When I tried to talk to Jordan about not being completely happy with my cut/style she actually got mad at me! Ill never go back & will never recommend someone who doesnt want their client to be happy...esp after paying so much money. Worst costumer service ever.

I was referred to Jordan by a friend that knew I wanted the best of the best. Talk about impressive.... Jordan was a true professional. My experience while in her chair was comfortable and friendly. When I told her I needed a stylist to just do something amazing to my hair, she did. I will never go to another salon as long as Mia Bella is in business!!! Thank you Jordan!!!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars but alas. The stylists here are the best Ive ever had. They immediately treat you like their best friend and they did such a good job on my hair. I was nervous to do a balayage but Joi made me feel so much byte about it and ended up doing a great job. This is now my go to salon

My son has gone to Mia Bella for haircuts with Jordyn for 6 months and has always liked both her and his haircut. Jordyn was unavailable and he had Mickey cut his hair. She was rude, rushed and gave him an awful haircut - and charged more as well!! We will never go back to Mickey!!
