Pretty disappointing. Went to the store because we all know ulta products are awesome. Their staff however is severely lacking product and sales knowledge. I was told by a staff member I could build my own Urban Decay palate for 40$, sounds great right? Well she lied. After waiting in line for 15 minutes the cashier informed me I owed over 100$. When I explained I was told the cost would be less than half that, she went to verify with the lady that sold me the palate what happened. Turned out even though her staff was wrong, the manager would not in force what her staff had lied to me about and still tried to charge me over 100$. Needless to say returned all the makeup. Will not be back to this under trained location.

Customer service is always bad and today finally made me want to write a review. My husband went in to return a blow dryer that he had gotten me for Christmas because I ended up getting 2. The box had never even been opened. The manager ended up helping him and was acting highly annoyed that he was returning it. At the end of the transaction she threw the pen in his direction instead of handing it to him and rolled up his receipt and threw that in his direction also. She literally acted like this return came out of her paycheck or something! She really shouldnt be in a management position with that kind of disrespect for customers. I will never go here again.

Very friendly & knowledgeable employees at this location - on my last visit I was purchasing an item for my 90yo grandma, & they even let me take a product/item out to my car so I could show it to her, since she was unable to ambulate inside herself, but wanted to make sure she got the correct item. I offered to pay first of leave my wallet with them, but they made it much easier by trusting me. This store has a great selection of items at comparable process. The store is clean & organized, and the employees were engaging & polite.

Fragrance selection looked like it had been robbed. Didnt have three of the scents I came for that they had advertised in their flier. Lots of empty shelves. Also, didnt have the makeup tools I was looking for. Again, empty shelves. Stock at this store was dismal. I will shop elsewhere. Staff was wonderful.

I called to check to see if they had a product in stock and they found it for me. They helped me find it in the store and included a free pump that went with the good sale. The cashier girl was friendly also!
