Ive gone a couple times and always gotten a good cut, exactly what I want. Thats usually why I dont use a salon, because I ask for 1 thing and get what they think I should get. I wanted and short A-line bob cut with a drastic stack in the back. My hair had grown out about 9 months from the last one and was a total mess. It was taking 30 min. to do my hair every morning and it still looked bad. When I get a good cut it takes about 10. This girl seemed to be doing a good cut, she took her time and was very precise, but what I got was a so-so stack, barely noticeable, and only took about 1/2 " off the back. She left the front very long and It just looks horrible. I have done it over and over and it just looks awful. It takes me over half an hour to do and than it just looks so bad I feel like crying. Not a soul had noticed I got a hair cut at work and I work with 35 women. Which tells me I paid 40 bucks for a hair cut that looks just like the mess I had before I went in. Very disappointing.

I made my perm appointment the day before I was to get my perm. I asked for very large curls and the staff assured me they could do that for me. When I arrived it was a different vstory and asked me to sign a waiver because the size I wanted wouldnt work. I should have left right then. But, they assured me they could accomplish the same with smaller rollers. Its the next day after my perm and, of course the curls are the same size as the rod. This was a very painful process so Im not even sure what I can do about it. Im going back Wednesday and Ill do a follow up review with the response. OK, this is my second day and most of my curls are gone. None are the size I asked for that she said she could do. I called to reschedule and she said come in tomorrow but at this point I may just ask for my money back. I sat 4 hours for this Christmas, birthday present and got this. Ill update tomorrow .

If I could give zero stars I would. My son needed a haircut and while at the mall he asked if we had time to get it done. Not our regular hair place but I said ok. We showed Suzanne what he had last time and she said she understood what he was looking for. What he wanted and asked for is nowhere close to what she did. And to top it off, she told him it would be better to part his hair on the opposite side and then cut it that way. Im not sure if anyone understand this but the kid has been combing his hair to one side for 15 years. It doesnt want to go the other way. I expressed his unhappiness and my dislike for the haircut and the only thing the offered was to attempt to correct it. Lol. Ill have my regular stylist fix it.

So I was really nervous going in, Ive only ever let one person touch my hair and I had to find a new stylist because I recently moved into the area. OMG. I was blown away with the customer service and the experience I had with Regis. I will never go anywhere else. I got my hair highlighted with Cassandra and went in for my second time to do more highlights because I was skeptical the first time. I love my hair and I love Cassandra. The confidence I had walking out of there is what made my decision to keep coming back! Excellent product and wonderful hair stylist. I felt right at home and was treated like family by everyone in there! The girls are so nice and Cassandra tamed my mane so beautifully!

Ive been going to this salon for 2 yrs now. I absolutely love it! They make me feel like family every time. Usually I see Cassandra Roberts but there are other times where Ive seen Alycia, and Karen.... they are All wonderful!! Cassandra and Alycia are a younger bunch but VERY knowledgeable and experienced (and funny)!! Karen has many years of experience and is equally great just depends on who you will click with. We all know that our hairdressers are our therapists:) By the way, I have platinum blonde hair and I started out with a very dark blonde/to brownish hair , Ive come a long way and Ive got to thank Cassandra for that.

Staff was friendly, but lacked experience. Butchered my hair. I asked for a 1 to 3 face on the sides and transition into a FloHawk on top. My face started at a 1 then went to a 0 In some spots and a 5 in others. She then cut off too much where the transition starts on one side. Then she cuts the top even so its not even a FloHawk now. So now my hair is flat, lopsided and spotty. To top it off she didnt even ask if I wanted hair product afterwards.. There is another hair salon on the other side of the Mall, I would try there first. Dont put your head through the Texas chainsaw massacre like I did.

The first time I went here the stylist was having a hard time with the type of style I wanted. She then brought out the fabulous Cassandra and she fixed my hair and made it exactly what I wanted. I just went back and requested Cassandra. She did a wonderful job and she is a people Person and makes you feel genuinely good about yourself. I would definitely recommend this salon. Did I mention that they shampoo and condition your hair before the cut?! Seriously I love this place! I wont be going anywhere else as long as Cassandras there!!

Needed a haircut, read many positive reviews before coming here. I must say I am very happy with my haircut and overall service. The atmosphere of the entire place is warm and pleasant. My hairstylist Christina was very careful and delicate in handling my hair, it never hurt when she combed it. She paid attention to what kind of haircut I needed to be done. I also received 5$ coupon from signing up to the e-mail list.

This place was worth the time and money, most of all, for its honesty. After washing my wifes hair, the hair stylist admitted that she couldnt cut my wifes hair the way she requested, Pixy Cut. So she referred her to another hair-stylist. The latter, did an excellent job. The cost was steep, but I guess you get what you pay for?

Regis Salon has currently gone under new management! I went to the manager Arin Krauss to get my hair colored to a beautiful blonde balyage. I absolutely loved my color and my experience! The salon was extremely clean, the staff was positive, and my hair was exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be coming back to Regis!

This place has a great atmosphere! I see Alycia for cuts and color and she is incredibly talented and fun to talk to. My mom sees Lisa and is always extremely pleased with how her hair turns out. Ive tried out a lot of salons and this one has defiantly won me over.

My experience at Regis Salon was the best to date. The stylists are so friendly and they really listen when you tell them how you want your hair style. Even though I live in Peoria I will make that drive because I know it is well worth it!!! Thank you Cassandra!!!
