Incredibly basic gym. Mostly cardio equipment and a few smith machines. Good for beginners. Definitely NOT a judgement-free zone. However, the main reason behind the one star is the number of billing issues weve had. No, you cannot cancel anytime. You have to cancel two weeks before the next billing date and they take the card the day you cancel meaning theyre taking two weeks worth of gym use that you already paid for. (Example: you pay for one month of use on the 17th of the month. You must cancel by the 3rd. When you do they take your card and dont allow you to work out the 3rd thru the 16th even though you already paid for those days.) Also, they say theyll withdraw the funds on the 17th however they routinely take them on the 14th. Way to screw up/overdraft someones bank account! We will not join here again. Very shady/dishonest business practices.

Although thee facility is nice thee customer service is completely horrible and their district manager should be ashamed of their workers, from thee general managaer down to their staff. Thee attitudes that a majority of thee staff carry is extremely rude, but when thee managers carry thee same type of attitude what can you expect from staff. They should really consider a major clean up and hire all new people. If you have a horrible attitude you should really consider a different line of work as you should be friendly, polite, and helpful in this type of enviorment. They are not. They are extrememly unprofessional and for all those reasons i would NEVER return to this facility or would i refer anyone to this location.

This place is as crooked as it gets. I called in the day before and asked if I could tan, even though I was 17 at the time. They said yes, please come on in and well get you set up with a membership. I go in THE NEXT DAY and they say that Im too young, and I cant tan. Plus, people were using the equipment with no shoes. Not only is that unsanitary, but extremely dangerous. I start texting a couple of my friends, and three texted me saying they had a membership there to tan. They were 17, 16, and 16. I will never go back. Take my advice and go to a REAL GYM.

Checked this place out today. They are not in any way, form, or fashion a true fitness facility because they discriminate against everyone who wants to lift free weights. The dumbells only go to 75lb and they have no free weight squat racks. The price is good and they have lots of great cardio equipment so if you want to do a light weight/machine workout and cardio it is perfect. If you want to be strong then this facility is not for you. I went into this facility with the hope that they would be a well balanced facility and they are not.

Tried to join they did not give me the correct billing information and it was supposed to be emailed to me and they did not email it to me when I ask for a paper copy when I signed up I was told by the young lady that she didnt know how to print anything out so it messed up my billing schedule and I had to go back and cancel membership big disappointment they also do not have any punching bags they do not have a pool or a sauna they just dont have a type of amenities that I am used to

I have been a member for about a year and attend regularly the staff are always real friendly and nice. The only complaint I have is that the showers do not have any complimentary soap dispensers. It is a lot of hassle to have to bring your own and I have been to gyms who do have them, it just seems to make more sense. I am also not a fan of this recent trend of "no scales" in the lockeroom thing.

Ive only gone after 1am, but the staff was helpful and did not try to shove product at us. They also went the extra mile and showed us all the benefits black card members get. Equipment is still new, well maintained. Ive seen staff cleaning different equipment every night Ive gone.

Planet fitness is always clean, has the most extensive collection of machines, and truly lives their "No judgement zone" values. When I go to work out, I get to do just that, no fuss or hassling from other members or the staff, and its refreshing to see the diversity of clientele.

waiting for around 20 min to get a token for massage chairs with people behind me in line place needs to be better staffed. Also Im from another state with a black card and they were trying to tell me I wasnt in the system took forever just to get in.

I love this gym the 24/7 hours are amazing and the fact that no one judges you or hits on you makes this the go to place to get in shape. I am so happy that planet fitness has came to fort smith thank you for all of yall hard work

Been traveling the country for 6 weeks, and have been to a bunch of PFs. This is definitely one of the best! Big, clean, friendly staff, and great variety of equipment.

My favorite among all the gyms Ive tried. Ten dollar per month basic membership. Plenty of equipment, I seldom have to wait even when the place is packed.

Very clean, very nice equipment, not too crowded, helpful staff. $5.99 for sun shades or a towel is a bit ridiculous. It is a good place to work out.

The hours are terrible...this is the time of day that most people are at work..you guys need to open earlier and stay open later. Just my opinion.
