I love this place! It is in on the historic square of Adel, with the brick streets and newly renovated courthouse. It is small, but clean. It fits my busy lifestyle and convenient. The equipment is the best and there is also a free-weight room in the back for those builders. It offers tanning with the Onyx Pro-Sun tanning bed, which includes the reguvenating bulbs for the face.....yes it actually reguvenates rather than deteriorates. Ive been a member for over three years and still love it. They have two trainers on staff and offer exercise classes, too. Staffed hours are limited but you can call for an appt ANYTIME 993-3333.

This gym is literally a hole in the wall. They have next to nothing, including staff... ive been a member of this gym for a year now and I cant stand coming here. No one puts their weights back, staff doesnt clean when they do come in, and youll randomly find trash lying around. Do yourself a favor, drive up to waukee or the 86th and hickman location, theyre way better gyms with better equipment and staff is there on a regular basis. I know thats where I go 90% of the time.
