Moved away from Mankato and thought that since I was able to sign up for membership online that I would also be able to cancel it online. This was not the case. I was also unable to cancel over the phone and was told that I would either have to travel back to Mankato and do it in person or send a letter in the mail. How is it that in 2014 I cant conduct a simple transaction over the phone? How can snail mail be the only option. They clearly just want to make canceling as difficult as possible. I will definitely not be joining any Planet Fitness locations in my new city.

Make sure you pick the plan you want to stick with. If you upgrade, downgrade or cancel they charge you fees fees fees. I understand if you cancel in the first year before you pay annual fees, but after a year you should not be charged. The employee working at the time when I downgraded from black card was very rude and did not answer my questions very well. Always seems they have young employees who are rude, not professional at all. My experience with Planet Fitness makes me understand why the more expensive fitness centers are really not that bad for the price.

This club is impeccably clean, the staff is a pleasure to deal with and there is a great variety in machines. The membership prices are hard to beat and the Black Card membership offers additional great amenities. The fitness training classes are top notch and fun. Definately take the time to check this place out, you wont regret it. Planet Fitness caters to a variety of fitness fans.

Perfect location but by far this is one of the worst Planet fitnesss Ive been to one of the dirtiest planet fitnesses that Ive been to this place is disgusting two employees there during the night shift it was 12:30 a.m. and I was the only one in the gym and they were just both standing around talking instead of cleaning I will not return back to the gym

Been here twice now, it seems keeping this place clean is the biggest issue here. Is not like the whole place is dirty, its just some areas that cleaning person oversees. Other than that this PF is great when it comes to working out. Aside not being packed during the times Ive gone, this place is so convenient.

great location...fully equipped and level four tanning...quiet in the morning and a walmart nearby for truck parking...I travel all over and this is a very nice location...well worth the black card membership for the locals...

Great place to workout the staff is very friendly and helpful...my only complaint is it should be cleaner. The fountain area is dirty and the bathrooms changing areas should be cleaner.

Stars based entirely off the hours of operation. Totally ridiculous that its not open 24 hours like every other one in the twin cities seems to be.
