i went in knowing what repairs were needed on my laptop. However, to get an estimate for my insurance, they were going to charge me $75.00 on top of what my repair and parts would be. All I needed was a new motherboard power jack installed. A friend then told me that she took a computer in to them. After it was returned to Mil. 3 a second time because they didnt finish the job, the computer stopped working. The computer just went in for spyware removals.

Cheap and efficient. Employees treated me with respect and double checked everything I told them. A+ Service!!! $43.39 to fix a BSOD error that estimated over $75 elsewhere. I will return with any problem I cant fix myself. P.S. If your looking into custom computers, you eitehr need to pay a pretty penny for the compatibility and assembly/installation expertise, or learn to do it yourself (much cheaper, but if u screw up...there goes your computer).

Sounds like a great deal. I got a call the next day saying I needed this and that. So they tried charging me $200. They said $50 bucks it would run like new, that was not the case. My computer was fine just wanted it rejuvenated. This is just a way to get you in the door and them charge you whatever they want. What a rip off!!!!!!!

This place totally suck!!! I took my child's iPod to this 12 days ago, hoping that it would be fixed before Xmas ..first they left a voicemail trying to reach me to get permission to order the part ...lies. now my child will not have her surprise Xmas present! I am totally disappointed!

Millenium 3 customer service is very knowledgeable, polite and positive. I have had great results with everything I have requested their assistance with concerning my computer needs. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I plan on using them as needed in the future.

They fixed my computer for under 50 dollars just as advertised. It went from a useless pile of junk to perfect. Next time the kids mess it up I am just going to take it back, it is easier than dealing with it myself!
