Cote was really professional and helpful. He did a free consultation and estimate and then called to discuss everything he was going to do and the price before working on the computer. He not only fixed what i asked him to, but also cleaned up my computer helping it to run more quickly and efficiently, and installed spyware. It only took him a day and i had my computer back. He even called several days later to follow up and make sure that everything was working right. Great customer service, turn-around, and up-front pricing. I would highly recommend him.
