My computer has not functioned properly since it was purchased. Quick Computer Fix changed that in about an hour. I called Kyle after googling/calling other high priced businesses who wanted to charge me just to "look" at my computer. Kyle was able to consult with me over the phone and meet me to fix my computer that same day. He did everything BestBuy would do for half the price and much faster. He offered exceptional customer service at an affordable price and I highly recommend him. My computer is working perfectly several weeks later. He also did work for my company and did an exceptional job there as well.

I have used Kyles services once and was so impressed, I have recommended him to many people. He came to my home when he said he would, did what he said he would (plus more) after diagnosing the problem by phone, and charged what he said he would. A day or two later I had a question about something and emailed him late in the evening. He called me back immediately and answered my question. You just cant get better customer service than that.

If you are looking for someone to fix your computer that is fast, friendly, and tells you what is wrong in REGULAR language, LOOK NO FURTHER. I have used Quick Computer Fix several times and have been VERY pleased! I have recommended him to both friends and family. Kyle does a great job, is fast,and his prices are very reasonable! A+++

Kyle was quick to respond, and not looking to sell me something pricey from the dreaded big box store. He quickly resuscitated the computer Id given up for dead, all for less than the price of a great dinner out! I will definitely call Kyle again when I need help in the future, and Ive already recommended him to friends.

Kyle is the "REAL DEAL". He has amazing PC knowledge, skills and abilities. Why deal with the Geek Squad and take a chance on getting someone who knows what they are doing...Kyle DOES know what he is doing and will get the job done, usually on-site, the day you call him.
