The only reason Im giving this company at the Manchester location a one star is because I cant give them a zero star rating. The manager broke my phone then played it off as it was an internal mother board problem. My Galaxy Note 5 stopped charging. I took it to this location on a Sunday and was told the manager was the Samsung technician and I will receive a call on Monday about noon. They never called and I called them about 4pm. I was told they needed another hour. I didnt hear back and I called them the next day and again was told they are still testing it. Before the close of business, I finally got in contact with the manager. He told me that the tech that took my phone did not leave notes for him and he did not know what was wrong with my phone. I should have told him not to touch it and picked it up. Instead, I explained to him the problem. He said it sounds like the battery and he could replace it. I agreed to the work. The next day, I called him back and I could hear the stress in his voice. I didnt know it was because he damaged my phone further at the time. He told me that it was not the battery, that it was probably the motherboard and not worth repairing. He also told me that I should try to use the insurance to replace my phone. I picked up my phone and I went to Sprint to look into a new phone. While at the store, by chance, I placed my phone on a Samsung charging dock. The phone started charging but now the screen would not function. I was able to let it charge for a few minutes then went to my car. While in my car the phone connected to the Bluetooth and I actually received a call. I even called my wife through the car’s Bluetooth. The screen only flickered lights on the side. I took my phone back to UBREAKIFIX and advised the tech that it charges with a charging dock but now the screen is not working and the stylus was stuck in the phone. I was told by the tech that he called the manager and the manager was calling the owners to let them know of the situation. I was told the manager was gong to call me back. Once again, I did not receive that call. I called back the next day and talked to the manager and he told me he was not advised by his employee of the situation. I explained it to the manager and he said, "what do you expect me to do about it." I told the manager the phone is still under contract and if the screen was still working, I could have purchase a Samsung charging dock. He did agree to look at it again but I did not believe he would have fixed the phone and I decided to cut my losses with this company and did not take my phone back. After thinking back on the totality of the situation, I believed he broke my phone, tried to cover it up by lying, and he refused to take responsibility for his mistake.

I recently took my ailing laptop to uBreakiFix for a long overdue checkup. I made an appointment (although walk-ins are welcome and it was not crowded), checked in with the friendly man behind the counter, and left my computer with them to troubleshoot. The whole time it was in their possession, I worried about what the repair(s) might cost me; although I needed a working laptop, I also needed money in my bank account. After a day of working with it, I got a call from the shop to tell me it was ready for pick up. "Whats the bill?", I asked, a little nervous. Well, let me tell you, I was ASTOUNDED to hear that it was completely free!! Not only did they fix the most irritating issue with my laptop, but they didnt even charge me. When I returned to retrieve it the next day, I wanted to double check that there was no charge. It was true, it wasnt a dream. I figure that this review is the LEAST I can do to repay these kind people for their prompt - and cheap! - service. Thank you, again, uBreakiFix! My laptop and I are very happy "customers."

I had a 10-year old 5th gen iPod classic that I love and it worked perfectly until recently. The problem was the headphone jack. I was only getting sound through one side of my ear buds. Otherwise the iPod itself was fine. I called around to see about getting the jack replaced. No one would touch it. The 5th gen was just too old and they refused to try. I found uBreakiFix through a Google search and all the positive reviews gave me one last hope. On their website, it even said they could do headphone jack replacements for iPod classic models. I visited the store, explained the problem, and they promised it would be fixed within a week (the part needed to be ordered). I had it back in a few days, working perfectly. Fast, professional, reasonable prices. These guys explained everything, and answered all my questions. Cant say enough good things. If any other gadgets are in need of repair, I am going to these guys.

These guys rock! I dropped a bicycle on my phone on Sunday afternoon, cracking the screen and breaking the LCD on my Google Pixel. I was worried Id have to buy a whole new phone! Luckily, Googles warranty team directed me to Ubreakifix. I brought in my phone at 10 a.m. on Monday and it was fixed very quickly (about 1.5 hours). I also bought a nice screen protector with a 2 year warranty from them so this doesnt happen again (or if it does, they have me covered). They installed it for me, too. Altogether everything cost about $160, which is sooooo much better than $600 for a new phone. The team I worked with was exceptionally polite and friendly. It felt like I was leaving my phone with a couple friends instead of random people. Great work, Ubreakifix team!!

So I brought in my iPad mini that had shattered on the top half of the screen. We go in to get it fixed and having a warranty on my iPad. Yet the owner said we had to pay 100 dollars Andy more to fix it. So we left. Came back next day and they said they would fix for free. They fix my screen. But my home button gets stuck and my power button doesnt work and we find a scratch on my screen. We take it back and fix it. It said that there was a new home button and new screen. It took 3 days to come in. I go back and pick it up. To find my power button working my home button not and a scratch on the screen in the same. DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE TO UBREAKIFIX SORRY I MENT THEYBREAKTHEYFIX, Dont trust them please take it somewhere else

I got the back glass on my Pixel replaced here. However, I had a few issues with this company being consistent on their pricing. I was given three different prices and the person in the store would not honor the online price nor the price I was told on the phone unless he got specific approval to do so. I dont appreciate calling ahead of time about a price and then being told something different when I walk in, thats just fishy. But in the end, I got the price I was originally quoted, and the phone got fixed, even though I had to drop it off for a day and come back the next day to pick it up, which stunk.
