I am very pleased with this company and their service. I had called At&T four times in the past week because my internet was not working properly at home. Upon testing, they realized that at my internet provider was the problem. So I asked a representative (Nathan) to come to my home. He did some tests and said it was working correctly. He was very nice, courteous, and offered several suggestions to help me with my computer. He deserved an "A+" for his service! I was only charged for travel, and not a penny more for their help. If I ever need computer service again, I will definitely use this company because of their honesty and great service!!!

This was my worst experience. It took them over two weeks to fix a simple hardware issue. They gave me the run around and tried jacking the price up from 69.69 to 80 something. And then they managed to screw up my software while fixing my computer. The guy Joe took the liberty of making an administrator account on my laptop that I could not delete because he made it the main one instead of putting me as the main administrator. Now i have to transfer my file onto his account so that way I can get my laptop set up the way I wanted it. None of this would have happened if they would have done their job properly.

Amazing service and very friendly people! I went in today after having mystery issues with the charging of my laptop. We were unable to 100% identify the problem but Nathan checked everything possible and didnt leave anything out. Not only did he do everything possible to find out problem but filled the time with great conversation and a readiness to answer any questions we had. Not to mention it was free! Free diagnostics people! Dont be dumb and wait til the problem is too big to get it fixed. Come here for all of your computer related issues... And definitely ask for NATHAN. Hes great!! :)
