I had a problem with my Acer Travelmate Laptop and my cellular provider and was not able to receive sufficient support from either vendor. I called Best Tech Computer Service and they arrived at my house and sat here and figured out the problem with complete dedication. The technician took the problem with utter seriousness and examined the error messages and carefully deducted the problem was a hardware error and not software related. I spent hours on tech support going no where very slowly. It is nice to know that we have such competent help locally. I have continued to use Best Tech Computer Services over the years and they have helped me out with backing up my computer, data recoveries, system upgrades, advice on new hardware, etc. I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment or visiting them if you have any computer problems. I am a computer specialist who works for a very-well-known organization here in New Orleans. Im the guy everyone brings their dead computers to. When Im stumped, or when my own stuff breaks, I go to Harold. Ive referred dozens of people to Best Tech, in fact I just referred another person (with a dead hard drive) to Harold mere moments ago. WHich is how I wound up on this page. Despite the assertions by "doug", Best Tech is the ONLY place in the New Orleans metro area that I would trust with a computer, and theyve done me right every time.

thanks for the awesome service.within 2 days my pc was diagnosed and repaired..if you want to be treated right without the big corp red tape i highly best tech.all i can say they had my best interest in mind not there own , my pc is a rocket once again thanks again guys..if i have any further issues you can bet i return and pass the note of great service to family and friends ..thanks again

Best Tech Computer Services is a life saver. I have them maintain all four of our companies and they are always there for us. Due to the nature of our businesses, we cannot afford to shut down and they come every time they are called and even on weekends. We cannot thank them enough for the service we receive.
