I went online to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Ive had my vehicle serviced here before and always enjoyed my experiences. I made the appointment online for 2:30 because it was an option offered and confirmed my appt. WELL...I received a call, about 10 mins ago, that they are only open 8-2 on Saturdays. I ask if I could have it done the following Saturday and just change the time to 1pm. I get the rudest person ever!! First, he says "why cant you come earlier?" I say well I have Dr.s appts, so Ill be pretty busy. This assbag, says... "On a Saturday? You have appointments?" I say "Yes, I have a serious illness!" First of all what pissed me off was that he had NO right whatsoever to ask further questions outside of my appt. Next, what damn difference does it make if I want the appointment. So I hang up! Because rudeness and offensive stuff like that is not my cup of tea. This clown calls back. Telling me how the following Saturday is Xmas Eve. Ok, buddy, not looking at a calendar, just trying to get my tires and go! Im so put off by this "Brian/Barry" whatever his name is, Ill never visit this location and wouldnt recommend it to anyone EVER again. Hope you like my letter to your corporate office. And thanks for making a loyal customer, never use your services again! Prick!

I talked to someone named Isaac today regarding my automobile. I wanted someone knowledegable about vehicles, etc. Since my vehicle has very high mileage, I had questions regarding the future maintenance/upkeep and several options that are now open to me. Isaac was wonderful. He listened to me and gave me his honest professional opinion. I really appreciate it. It is very refreshing to talk to someone that doesnt have an ulterior motive and really want to help. It is just what I needed to know in order to make the best decision that I can in regards to my car. Thank you Isaac. I wish there were more honest men like you in the world.

I cant say enough about these guys! They are honest, professional, and hard working. Mark helped me with getting my car aligned last week and they really did a top notch job. I have a very old car and the alignment was way off. It drives better now than it ever did. I will definitely go back for a new set of tires very soon.

Michael was great help. I was going to go with a little bit larger tire and he took the time to show me what the tire would look like and showed me it would be too big. He gave me a good price on tires and the service department did an excellent job with the installation and alignment.

Needed a transmission flush in a cabin airfilter change called in gave all details got there oh are machine cant hook up in we cant find the airfilter waste of time no more dealing with goodyear

These guys repaired a air conditioner belt and it was TOO expensive to revisit again. This was just my experience. They did a good job and was finished in a timely manor too.
