Let me start by saying the only reason I went there is because it was convenient. Now let me continue by saying that this is the absolute worst shop ever! Three times I have left that place with my vehicle in worse shape than before. These where my experiences: 1. Ford F150. I took the truck in for an alignment because I bought new tires. They sent me home in a death trap. I could not keep it on the road. I called them about it and they said their normal alignment tech wasn’t in so they did the best they could. How could a manager allow this to happen? I took it back when the tech was in and he fixed it. 2. Jeep Wrangler. Similar experience. Went in for alignment, came out worse than before. I took it to a different place to get it fixed this time. 3. Toyota Camry. Took in for alignment. On my way home I noticed that my breaks were pulsating like crazy. I thought I was going to lose them on the interstate. I narrowed the problem down to a rear break issue that was not present when I took it in. This must have occurred during the “summer special” inspection. But the worst part is that my car now smells like a homeless man died in it. I want nothing to do with this poorly managed shop again. In fact, I will never visit a Firestone anywhere. Never, Never, Never Again!!!!

Engine light was on, ended up spending $1100 to get fixed and they replaced stuff like spark plugs that was already kinda new. Left thinking everything was fixed only for the check engine like to come back on. Took my vehicle back and they told me another $1100 dollars. Told them I wasnt paying that and as soon as I left their lot my air conditioning wasnt working was told to bring it back so they could do a diagnostic test and I dropped vehicle off again, then he called me saying diagnostic was gonna cost $100 to do and that he air conditioning wasnt because of them, I took my car again and went to another shop and the charged me $200 to fixed in which Firestone was gonna charge another $1100, also the mechanic said my air was working , and someone must have tampered with it , worst company ever!!!!

Arrived at the shop at 2:00 pm for an oil change was told it would be a 2 hour wait (could see 2 mechanics sitting on buckets) made appointment for 4:00 Jun 24th 2017. Parked my car and handed over the keys to the front desk asked them to top off my fluids and perform an oil change, they had my car for less than 30 min and informed me my car was ready but they found issue "your spark plugs are bad" "8 of them" fluids need flushed. At the Wichita ks firestone I had my spark plugs recently replaced. And fluids flushed. the next day as I write this review a bird poops on my windshield. no fluids in my windshield cleaner. (I have been to countless other auto shops and nobady has ever failed to fill fluids before)

They have ruined my car. I had an emergency experience on a Saturday involving an alternator. They charged me $600.00 and messed up my brakes because they said they had to remove a wheel in order to put on an alternator (?). Of course, they said its MY fault because the brakes pads were worn out. But the brake problem is ONLY with the wheel they removed. I cannot drive my car because of the issue, so Im trapped for the weekend. Im an old farm boy, and learned how to handle a wrench as a young man and when it comes to the Firestone on 3rd Street, I smell a rat. Monday, Ill take it elsewhere and will have to miss a day of work to do so. Do not, not, not, take your car to this place.

I ran over a nail on 630 and had to be towed to this place for a tire repair. Now, i do need new tires because of uneven wearing but they are still okay for now. They tried to sell me a set of tires and i declined and asked to have my tire repaired until my husband could go get the tires because i have no clue what to buy. He said it was repairable but they wouldnt repair ot because i needed new tires. I said well throw that spare on there and ill be good to get home. They put the spare on with 10 psi of air. I had to drive somewhere else to get air because they wouldnt.

The manager and people here were atrocious and did more harm than good to my car and I paid through the nose for what they did do and for work they didnt do. Add to they way I was treated as a female compared to male customers. Until new management takes over I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Go a little further to the Cantrell store and let Chris, Al, Jim, and Maurice take care of you

Broke my car! Called me and told me that it would cost too much to fix my car and I should just get a new one. Confused by this I went to get my car and drove it for a few more weeks before I realized they snapped my hood release off and didnt tell me. Awesome, that really ups the resale value. Also I cant check oil, or really anything that involves my engine. Skip it.

When in to have a flat tire repaired. I even marked the nail in the tread. Called me later to inform me I needed a new tire cause the side wall was cut. when I asked to see the tire They told me that they had thrown it away already. cost me $175.00 for a new tire. I really dont feel I needed.
