Much like the previous reviewer, Landers Auto Body promised my vehicle in 6 weeks; they did not have it finished in 6 weeks - more like 8. Even then, there were multiple items unfinished, nothing at all nit-picky. Things like the door being able to open. DUH. I would always have to call and I never received a call back as promised. One hand doesnt even know what the other is doing out there, as we were told it was ready, then on the way out to pick it up, was told it wasnt ready, then told it would be ready "Monday" which it was not. "Oh, we have our hardest working guy on your vehicle, hes even coming in on Saturday because hes SOOO wanting your vehicle finished up". B.S. "Weve ordered parts, wrong ones came." Right; Im sure it wasnt THEIR fault. I could drive to the dealer myself and get what I need, but these people were paid a pretty penny to get this vehicle repaired. I do NOT recommend these people. I thought taking it to them, because it was a Toyota I bought from Landers, would be the best thing to do. Wrong. Unfortunately, if youre reading this, youre probably in the same boat because you generally dont have time to research what shop to take your vehicle to in the heat of the moment. If you will post your experience, word will get around. They need to get their act together before they go out of business.

I did not get any service done here. However, I did call for an estimate to paint the hood of my car. After getting that, I asked how much it would be to paint the entire car. The price was much more than what I wanted to spend since my car is older (09 model with 145k miles). Plus, my wife and I almost always use her car. I kindly declined. I then told the person helping me that another auto body and paint shop was offering to paint to entire car for substantially less - not trying to get him to lower his price or to rub it in his face, just to see what he thought. He vouched for them and agreed that I didnt need to have the perfectionist job that Landers provides (nor the price tag that comes with such a high quality work) given how seldom I drive my car. Now, if we we end up crashing my wifes car, Id have no problem coming here just based on the customer service I received on the phone today.

Had my vehicle sent here after a MVA. The initial ETA was 3 weeks. Well this week is the 8th week and my vehicle is still not ready. Ive had 4 changed ETA dates from them and they did not meet one. Ive had to call in several times to get a update after the passed expected dates. The price keeps rising and even though I am not responsible for the fees, I feel something is shady. The last time the manager contacted me last week and said "he noticed some small dings in the door." He promised my vehicle would be ready the followning Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and of course my vehicle is not ready nor did I receive a phone call advising as such. This has to be the worst experience Ive had and will not use them again. I really believe they are fluffing the repairs to get a bigger payout. Im up to $10k when it was initially was a little over $8k. Wonder what the final bill will be smh.

Recently I was in a position to have some body work done on my vehicle at Landers Auto Body on South University Ave., Little Rock, Arkansas. The reason for being there is never a pleasure; however this is the right place to come if you need body done. Their customer service was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions regarding their policy and procedures. The quality of their repairs to my vehicle was superior plus they cleaned, vacuumed and washed my car. Thanks Mike for being such an excellent case manager and making my experience with Landers Auto Body as painless as possible.

I have used Landers for many years and they have always done an outstanding job. I recently had to have body work done on my new car and I have to say the service at Landers was great! They were all very professional and kept me informed about what was going on with my car. I was able to pick it up earlier than expected and my car looked like new. I was very pleased with the work they did. I really appreciate Keith V. and Scott W. They helped make the inconvenience of having my car "in the shop" a good experience. I would definitely recommend this place for body work for you vehicle. I wont use anyone else!

Keith V. always makes sure to take care of his customers. Hes been a blessing for myself and for a few of my clients who have needed their services. The guys do whatever is necessary to meet promises and make what is usually a traumatic process as painless as possible. Im not sure why there are negative reviews here, clearly this was something outside of their control - maybe couldnt get the parts in or payments from the insurance company? Im not sure. But you will not be disappointed using this body shop. They will take care of you courteously and as promptly as possible.

I had the bumper of my 2010 Honda Odyssey painted at Landers Body Shop on S. University. Scott Williams, and Steve Woods were great to work with. I had previously had the car repaired by Landers Body Shop in Benton following a wreck with a drunk driver and both experiences at Landers have been great. They used quality OE parts and guarantee their work. I will continue to use Landers because they provide great honest service, and quality workmanship on my car. Great job guys!

Took my car there at the end of May after a hit and run accident. Still have not gotten it back six weeks later. The repair was projected to take 13 work days. They keep finding something wrong, order the part, wait a week for the part to arrive, install the part, find something else wrong, and repeat. It seems like they are either severely inept or committing insurance fraud. Do not go here.

Over the years Ive had several repairs made to several vehicles. The few times Ive gone anywhere else, Ive regretted it. Landers Auto Body gets it done right every time and they are always transparent about where the costs are, how to cut them, and how to get back on the road as fast as possible. Expect them to communicate with you at every step along the way. Dont go anywhere else!!!

Great job and fast! We most recently had our 2013 Dodge Durango fixed there after a tow truck ran into the back of it. It had to have the bumper replaced and re-painted and the lift gate repaired and repainted where it dented the edge. It also needed both left rear tail light assemblies replaced. I took it over to the shop in Benton and they had it all done in 2 days!

Landers Auto Body did a GREAT job on our 2004 Acura MDX, they went above and beyond from meeting us there early and getting the job done several days before we expected it to be completed. They kept us informed of the status several times during the process and that took the wondering out of the experience. Thanks to everyone
