I was interviewed for a position with Elite Staffing Inc. and I came to the interview professionally with intent to make a great impression. I pass the drug screening and when I was interviewed I was denied employment because the lady said, "You dont look like you would like working here". I deserve a equal chance of employment as everyone else. If I wasnt interested in working for the company I wouldnt have filled out an application and I wouldnt have came to the interview when they called. It is the supervisors job to determine whether my work performance is acceptable for the company. She said, "I walked in those building and I couldnt stand it" and I said, "what does that got to do with me." Discrimination under the Equal Employment Opportunity Act I am filling a law suit against Elite Staffing Inc.

These hoes aint got no good jobs & theyre scammers on top of that!! I was hired & they kept saying they didnt have anything available..... But kept posting ads in the paper stating they were hiring. A load of BS.
