First and last is the perfect name for this business. If you use them a first time it will be your last. I took my vehicle to get my windshield replaced. First time they put it in wrong and broke the plastic surround and impropely installed the windshield. They also tried to say the plastic surround wasnt broke when it left the shop. Clearly it was as a result of thier installation and/or their improper installation of the window that caused it. Either way they dont want to cover the trim so im out over $100 to replace it myself, but wait things get worse. I took the vehicle back to have the windshield pulled and put in correctly. Everything seemed fine other then the broken trim piece. That is untill and nice freezing rain and sleet storm hit and wouldnt could you believe it? I found yet another case of the utter lack of attention to detail. My driver side wiper blade would not work. Kind of important during such conditions. I remove the cap to the wiper and found that the nut to hold the wiper in place was completly loose. The only thing keeping it in place and from coming completely off was the plastic cap over it. Think you might save a few bucks by trying this place? Dont it will cost you more in the long run. Stay as far away as you can. If not, I can promise that your first time will be your last just as their name suggests.

James Reed I am the owner of First & Last auto glass Chris Middlebrooks I have no record of ever doing work for you we think you have gotten my company confused with another we are on hwy 16 in Searcy ar. but if not bring in your invoice and any other receipts you have for molding or other thing you clamed we broke so we can go over them to resolve this problem we give a life time warranty on all are work all you had to do was come back I have never had any other reviews like this that alone should tail you we are better than the one you left please come back in for us to help you

I talked with the owner, Chris, and was able to get the lowest price in town. He got me in that next day and he knew what he was doing. He took the extra initiative. He also was able to fix my side rear view mirror and he brought it to my attention, while he was working, that he replaced those too. It ended up only taking an hour. I recommend First and Last, great local business
