I had several issues here buying a used truck n my dash got busted on the way back from home I wasnt satisfied but u did have to drive my old trade in there on the rim sparks flying everywhere too cuz the guy I dealt with and glinda Landis raised hell cuz they insisted I had my trade in there by 6 with title in hand was a headache n then went back to discuss the idmssur n about a free detail I was promised. N they called Searcy of n told them I was harrasi g them not good bussiness

Its fair to say that W&W love their vast array of used automobiles with every fibre of their being. So much so that they choose to keep them on the lot rather than risking their well being on the open road. They will go as far as throwing prices at potential patrons that are easily $6k over fair market value. By insulting the ensuing horde off the lot, they are ensuring the long term well being of all their vehicles. Very commendable.

I had my car serviced at W & W Ford and they went above and beyond. Not only are they friendly, theyre honest and knowledgeable as well. They took me to work and delivered it back when they were done. They even offered to pick it up and deliver it back next time. Eddie makes sure that you are 100% satisfied, the best service manager anywhere! You arent just a customer there, you are part of their family.

I took my work truck in to have brakes replaced, i took it in on Thursday and its Monday now, I call them and they tell me it wont be until the end of the week. Umm its brakes, they do not take a week and more to do them. Worst service department and I will not use them again for anything. Just another reason why I will never own a ford!

Their service department would have to be the worst that I have ever been too,went in for a minor repair that should have been completed in one day,4 days later it was ready,the only update I could get was that they were working on it. What a joke..never again.
