I am currently in my second year of membership with Worlds, and use this location since it is closest to my house. For the most part I feel like the other locations in the area are well run, but this one is the exception. Instead of the spending 30 minutes once the gym is closed to clean, the attendants come up the weight machines you are using during peak hours and try to oil them and clean their mechanical parts. They also have someone who comes through with a large vaccum cleaner at peak times with a chord that stretches 30 or so feet, and expect members to get out of their way while they are trying to work out. Both of these things should not be done while people are working out. One of the male employees only comes into the weight room to flirt with female members, and has walked into me before while I was on the bench because he was talking to a women and had his eyes elsewhere. I do not feel like a valued customer, and will likely be switching to another gym unless I move before my membership expires. If you live in sprindgale go to planet fitness. The facility is nice, but the member is not treated well at all. It is almost like they do not care about you just your money. Today is Friday 4/3. Since my review the gym has closed 3 of its locations without giving any of its members notice. I went in to swipe my fab and was told my membership had been strangely canceled. When I saw manager he told me I was no longer welcome at the gym and to go right another online review. I feel very lucky to be out of my contract, and feel sorry for all the people who are not getting their money back and being forced to work out there.

Coming from Fort Smith area this gym is very very nice. Friendly folks and plenty of equipment. If you want to complain and whine then go to a "fitness" gym because maybe this isnt for you. For serious athletes and lifters I dont see a better gym in the area. Its clean, roomy, and has variety.. what do you need? Get in and train and get on with your life. If you feel under valued at the gym maybe there is a personal issue. When I go to train I keep my eyes to myself and my focus on the training at hand. Who cares what else is going on around you. Some of you need to focus on being winners and not whiners. Last thing is membership prices and fees are excellent for what you get here. I have never got such a nice facility for the price I pay here in my life. Complainers fix your attitudes and worry less about vacuums and staff. Maybe you will get some gains.. Peace!

I love the atmosphere of this gym. Every time I walk into the gym, I feel comfortable and energized. The staff is friendly, the equipment is well maintained, there is a broad spectrum of equipment. The key thing about this gym that I love, is the way it is designed. With the dark lighting, brushed metal equipment, mirrors on every wall. The dark lighting helps makes me feel like im the only one there, and sort of a tunnel vision so that I can focus on my workout. Mirrors are important to me, so that I can see if im using proper form, or especially if im hitting depth on my squat. Last thing, for you cardio gurus. There are plenty of treadmills, bikes, stair machines, & classes for everyone. Even during peak hours.

Paid in advance for a one year membership, including womens gym. They closed the womens gym, and I still havent received my refund for the portion that I was not able to use. I have been asking since March, both in person and via telephone. THIS IS THE FAYETTEVILLE LOCATION. Fraudulent business! Do not join this gym as most of them have closed, and this one will be next.

This gym has a super convenient location right off of 49. The facility and equipment are pretty nice. Everything looks remodeled. They have a cool crossfit-like room downstairs. There isnt a huge variety of classes and they are mediocre. They do not have child care but they do have classes for kids. The price is unbeatable!

I have been going to World Gym for years and years! The staff is super fantastic. The gym is always clean and they have all the latest and updated equipment. If doe thing breaks down they are super quick to fix it! Ive been a member at other facilities in NWA by far this is my favorite. And you cant beat the price!

I have been a member at world gym for several years and would not recommend to anyone. They have now closed three locations, one that I frequented regularly, and they dont care to help at all. I have switched to Planet Fitness and couldnt be happier!

Well-priced, but the gym gets too crowded mornings and evenings. There are only two squat racks and two deadlift platforms, which are usually being used for other exercises. If you can get in during the afternoon, its an excellent gym.

I love this gym! Ive worked out here and at the Fayetteville location for years and I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. Best atmosphere, facilities, staff, and prices in all of NWA! I cant recommend World Gym highly enough.

Nice gym. New and clean. They have a nice amount of equipment. Their customer service could use some work. Make sure they explain the contract in detail to you before you sign it!
