The new building was a lot nicer, but is going downhill fast as things break and they arent fixed. The new building is also much too small. Its bigger in footage, but actual workout area feels a lot smaller, and it is always busy and cramped. I feel like half my workout is spent waiting on equipment. And may the heavens help you if you want to work out at 5 in the afternoon. It is also always hot inside, Ive never seen it cooler than 76 degrees, even at night. The trainers are friendly, easy to identify, and willing to help out. Things would help a lot if they turned the commercial areas (Common, a haircutting room?) into workout space. Or if they built a new building that was air conditioned and 3 times the size.

Over the years Ive been a member of several gyms in town. Ive been a member of Snap since June 2013, and I must say that this gym by far is the best. The facility is clean, the equipment and machines are clean and well maintained, but the best by far is the staff and the friends Ive made since Ive joined. I actually look forward to going to the gym, and I go 4-5 times a week! Its also nice to know that if you dont go for a few days, the staff and members actually check up on you and ask where youve been! Ive never experienced that at the other gyms. I would highly recommend Snap Fitness to anyone who is looking to start their health and fitness journey.

I started with the Ladies Lift Group In March of this year and didnt expect to love it but I do! Michelle makes sure that we lift safely and gently encourages us to push ourselves. We loved it so much we even tried the yoga and look forward to learning more. Josh at the front desk is always courteous and friendly, he really makes you feel welcome. The facility is always clean and the equipment is well maintained.

I really love snap fitness, the atmosphere and the staff is so helpful. Its a great gym to go to. A huge plus is the offer child care so as a mother its helps me get closer to my goal to get fit and healthy. I love all their equipment, if you need help it shows you how to do it correctly. And everyone will help you if they you arent doing it safe and correctly.

My family and I enjoy going to Snap Fitness. The employees are really nice some nights it does get pretty packed, also there is a group of ladies who come in on Wednesday night and the trainer and ladies take up half the machines always wanting the machine youre on but other then Wednesday Nights its a very nice facility.

The staff and trainers are amazing, best in town! Im not normally one for gym classes, but Snap has me hooked on several, their Abs Blast is killer and fun. Love that its truly 24/7 (worked out after Thanksgiving dinner). Cant say enough good things about this great local gym, were lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

Traveling through town, what a nice gym. Im a powerlifter and most gyms dont even have a squat rack! This gym had it all! Great equipment, great customer service! I would recommend this gym to anyone! Whether your a cardio bunny or you like to lift. Great place, once again GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU!

Snap Fitness Pueblo West CO is more than a gym its a community who cares about you and your goals! The staff is friendly and helpful, they always have a smile with a "Good Morning/Afternoon" and/or "Have a Great Day/Evening!". Snap fitness is a great Gym wit excellent staff It make me feel great i go to everyday morning and afternoon to do machines and Zumba , Kendra is an excellent zumba teacher from 178 pounds Im down to 138 and Im planning to keep going to loose more weight thanks Snap fitness .

Josh the manager will try to squeeze as much money out of you as he can. Random "renovation fees" billed directly to your card they keep on file. Not helpful at all they just want your money. Go to the YMCA down the road, 10x the facility for half the price.

Love the atmosphere! there is a very intimate non-intimidating crowd. I work out late at night so its nice to have a place where dont worry about hours!.. equipment is state of art and makes working out fun and easy,Thanks Snap 24/7 Pueblo West!!!
