I am absolutely in love with this place! If you are wanting to try out CrossFit look no further. The coaches are very knowledgable and genuinely enjoy teaching us how to perfect our skills. Before becoming a member here, going to the gym was more of a chore. Now I look forward to going. The environment is much different than that of a traditional gym. It is like a community where you get to know one another and cheer each other on.
