The gym is very large and it encompasses two buildings, both 560 and 570. My first time going there was tonight and I was very impressed at the cleanliness first and foremost. Everyone cleaned after themselves and there was also a hired cleaning crew on a rotational schedule the whole time I was there. I loved that the layout had multiple levels and had at least two cardio rooms with treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, and other things of that nature; two weight rooms, racquetball courts, basketball courts, and lastly they have an outside area that was closed due to snow and an indoor 1/12 mile track.

I really like the set up. And theres a lot of machines and areas to work out in. I recommend avoiding the peak hours which are on the morning around 7:30am, 12ish and 4:30ish. Thats when most people go do it does get pretty busy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Average AF gym but theyre making improvements. Best bet is turf field and cardio room. Weight room gets packed and tiny dumbbell area gets unusable--way crowded with sweaty meat heads.

Comprehensive fitness facility. Everything from machines to freeweights. Very popular place on base from opening to close. Best time to workout is probaly 8-11ish for low traffic.

Its age is showing and its layout makes little sense. It does feature great equipment and knowledgeable staff, but the building needs to remodeled.
