Edit: I spoke with them today (5/15). Their official open date is 7/8/2017. Until then, all new members can use their new Crunch gym in North Springs without being charged the $40 annual fee until July. They took over TruFit off Vickers & Academy. There is a pool/hot tub, still waiting on tanning/hydromassage since theyre newly acquired and are still being branded. 5620 N. Academy Blvd. (719) 265-6565 Hours: M-Th: 5am-11pm F: 5am-9pm Sa/Su: 7am-7pm Yes, theyve run into issues with the city permits, which can take time. The ones of us that signed up in February are still anxiously waiting for them to open! Im giving 4 stars for now. I would advise the Crunch Team to keep their members updated with a weekly e-mail, even if its just a blip to say you guys still working hard to get the doors open. Were invested. Keep us engaged.

If you know whats good for you, stay away from crunch in general. I enrolled in January for this location that was supposed to open in March for $9 per month. Gym didnt open until July now they want $39/month for the past 3months the gym didnt open. The collectors have no idea the gym isnt even open when they harassed me with phone calls until I told them. Good luck with being able to cancel your membership. The email the gym asked me to contact for cancellation was invalid. Collectors did their investigation and called me to apologize. In any case, they owe me my first month. The gym never apologised or gave any excuse or explanations as to why I had to go through all that collection harassment but they keep bugging with with text messages to come back. DONT DO IT UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF FREE TIME AND HARRASMENT ENTERTAINS YOU.

Great gym but would appreciate more music variety. Not everyone is stoked listening to trash trap/rap music (like Kevin Gates- 2 Phones) for hours on end. Its the only genre that this gym ever seems to play. They claim themselves to be a "diverse community/environment" where "everyone is accepted" Well then I why not apply those same principles to music by diversifying the genres played so everyone has a chance to listen to a song they like and gets them going during their workout. Just a tip. Other than that, the gym is awesome, affordable, and staff is professional.

Such a poor customer service based company. So cheap and broke they dont give refunds like promised. Spoke with Mike Oconnor and Heather Center, both managers promised up and down to submit a refund... they sure took that money in a heartbeat but nobody is around to give it back lol. Endless emails, calls, no responses. Its about the principle and integrity of a company, ones like these wont go too far.

Signed up for $10 membership. Changed my mind. Upgraded to the $19 plan. They took the $19 at sign up. Then in July which was supposed to be covered by the initial sign up I got billed again at $39.. get it together. Communication through the construction troubles was also non existent.

Even though the center has not opened, every time I called the center and they were very courteous and reassuring. I was getting frustrated because I was told that the South facility on S. Academy Blvd. would be open back in February 2017. It is not open yet.

As long as I dont have to pay the annual fee since they didnt open and I can go to the one on north academy for free til then Im ok with that. They also need to have a sauna put in there as well. That would be great. Please consider that. Thanks.

Signed up in February and told everyone they would open at the end of March, called at the beginning of April and they told me they ran into some issues and now looking toward the end of April. Well here it is, end of April and still nothing

These people left a flyer on my windshield while I was at work. It rained and then it dried out. It was stuck to my windshield and left a bunch of residue when I tried to peel it off so now I will have to take a razor to it. Pretty stupid

this place is NOT even open yet & I am unhappy with them. Said it would be open this month & the building is still boarded up. I want my money back. They have can have their ugly BRIGHT ORANGE t-shirt back!! :(

The sign up was easy and exciting. The delays on opening, while understandable, the lack of communication is frustrating. The north location opening is great. Staff is super nice and the facility is great.

Company took my money in FEBRUARY! Advising they would be open in MARCH! I keep calling inquiring when theyll be open, and they STILL do NOT have an official opening date.... Really great business.....

Good customer service. Nothing stellar but its not needed. Amazing equipment. Cheapest gym with punching bags ive ever seen. Professional vibes. I definitely recommend it.

Took awhile for the gym to open but really worth the wait. The staff is super friendly and the classes are great, especially zumba with Alberto!

I dont understand why this gym closes so early during the week and especially on the weekends. It kinda sucks . Wish they would change it .

Really easy relaxed gym, have a bunch of equipment to use never gets too packed. Never had an issue once going there. A+
