If there was negative stars this rating would be more honest. Please note I am not one to speak unkindly of anyone. I am kind, compassionate, and a mother. I only want what is best for everyone. On that note Vasa fitness in Greeley would be an amazing establishment if there were just a few changes. This is the most corrupt individual establishment I have ever seen. The manager is a joke. She is unprofessional, bias, and extremely hostle towards everyone. Making Vasa a hostel environment where i dont feel comfortable taking my family. I know more than 10 individuals who have been personally harassed by staff members. One women in particular has personally attacked my family and my friends, cornering individuals in the bathroom where she knows there are no cameras. Memberships have also been mysteriously revoked, then after talking to corporate reinstated only to then be revoked by this individual. For no reason. I also personal witnessed a group of young men being harassed today by staff. So much so that the cops were called on the men who were being harassed by the staff. This makes no sense to me. I am baffled at the way these customers who pay money to be there keep coming back. I beg of you to Please change these little things to better your establishment. Thank you for reading.

I do not recommend this gym. This gym has been open for 4 months and half of the equipment is down and continues to be down for weeks. The pool was closed (which is main reason we enrolled in the gym). 2 months into the membership they charge a large fee for a "rate lock" There is NEVER any where to park. The staff was nice but never helpful as to when the equipment would be working again or when the pool would re-open. I brought up the cleanliness of the pool to the staff and there response was "well we dont have any control over it" and I understand that the front desk wouldnt handle this...but that is NOT the response I expected and they had no interest to help or get a manager, etc. I hoped to get a follow up and nothing. When I went to cancel, we had to pay an additional $57.00 on top of the $82.00 we pay the day before for the rate lock.

Its a little early to give a thorough gym review, but here is my impression after the first week. Pros: Gym looks great! The layout is awesome they offer a lot. Plenty of equipment. Manager is very respectful and I look forward to working with PTs. Cons: (see update below) Most (not all) of the girls working the front desk have been almost useless and a little rude. Bringing a guest is not very simple, make sure they have an ID. They will have to turn it over, fill a form, and sign a waiver every single time. The parking lot at 5pm on a week day was packed and I had to wait for any spot to open. Update: I have met a ton of super friendly staff members since my first review. Im very impressed with the customer service now. The only employee that seemed consistently rude was the female with the injured leg/knee.

The gym is okay when you are a member there. Its super busy but the equipment is new and nice. HOWEVER.... Be aware when canceling online. They will send you an e-mail saying "we are sorry to see you go..." AFTER you cancel with a link to go to "confirm" your cancellation. I went to the link and filled out their survey...You THINK you have canceled but then they somehow have no record of it. You dont realize that you havent canceled until your card gets charged again. You call them back and then they tell you you need to give 30 days notice and you cant do it over the phone so you have to pay another month of dues and start the shady online process again. Its the same as other gyms that try to lock you down to paying month after month

The entire gym is very clean and well organized, it allows for a large number of members to be utilizing the weight lifting equipment at the same time with minimal time spent waiting around. I’m sure the gym will eventually become more crowded considering how nice of a gym it is and how reasonable the price is. The staff is extremely helpful and always very polite. They also have very knowledgeable instructors for their classes. The only area I think they may have room to improve is to open a little earlier on the weekends, 8am on Sundays is a little later than I would like to start my work outs on my days off. It is by far the nicest gym in Greeley absolutely 5 out of 5 stars.

My beef with this gym is that their pricing is very misleading. The gym itself seems quite nice. They advertise as $10 a month or $20 a month for premium, but then have a $50 a year "maintenance" fee. They also have it advertised as month to month, but if you cancel before six months you have to pay a $25 dollar cancellation fee. How the heck can you market this as month to month if there are fees when you cancel? Thats a different name for a contract, just a less severe penalty. Just be honest and bundle these costs into the monthly fee instead of luring people in and then changing the prices around. We decided to pay more and just deal with an honest company (Work Out West).

I like the gym but I got put into a situation that I need to get out of fast. I was so desperate to lose weight so I sighed a personal trainer contract for 6 months. I wont be living near one in 2 months so when I called to cancel I had missed my three days so now I have to trade it over to someone or pay. I am a teenager and was desperate to get into it but now I need to get out. They even said I could also get out of it with proof of address change but I live 7 hours away with my parents and dont habe my name on a bill. Im completely upset not only at myself but at the chick on the phone who would help me. I just need to get rid of this contract and give it to someone else

Soo they were told me that I pay 10 dollars. Its ok but I actually end up paying 33 or 23 dollars. Soo I wasnt working and low on money I wanted to cancel. They didnt let me or want me to. They told me call this number. But Before that I was put on hold Soo in 6months I could cancel or pay. Keep in mind I only was needed to pay 23 or33 cant remember. Soo it was time I got a call. Went to the gym I couldnt not cancel it that I needed to call a number. But u signed me in couldnt u sign me out? I wasnt useing it at all. So the lady put a note in and hope that they cancel it.

I was injured on my job and explained that thoroughly to the people who work at Vasa, I needed help due to restrictions on what type of exercises I could do, all they wanted to do was up sell me on paying a ridiculous amount of money and completely ignored the facts that i presented to them. All I have to say is they must be completely tone deaf and I wouldnt recommend this gym to anyone. Im joining Planet fitness in Loveland where they seem to give a damn about their customers needs, good riddance to this worthless gym theyre employees completely SUCK bananas.
