We phoned in an order around 915pm and arrived for pick up around 950. The young girl rung us up and told us it should be out shortly. We waited almost 20 mins until I went up to the counter to follow up. She was too busy helping out her friend and chatting to really follow up on our order. All she did was call out to her coworker to the back and AFTER she was done with her friend she asked us what name was on the order. I made sure to note we had called in the order an hour ago, but she didnt seem to care or seem concerned. Finally another young man who seemed to know what he was doing came up and told us they made the wrong pizza. How did they JUST figure that out? It seemed obvious that they dropped the ball and forgot the order. He offered us an extra large and 20% our next order. There is only 2 of us and only in town for 1 night. We would still need to wait another 15-20 mins, so we asked for a refund. What should have been a quick pick up turned long and annoying!

Terrible!! Date 7/7/17. Time: 8:00pm pst. Order #: 211. Driver: Jay While the pizza was good, the treatment was awful..!! I ordered the pizza onlne and checked the box that I would pay at the door because I was uncertain if online ordering would even work!! When the pizza comes, Jay acts as if this is a bogus drug deal happening on the street; instead of acting like someone representing a national pizza chain. I kid you not, at one point while Im talking on the phone with the store, he takes the pizza back to his car!! As if I am going to steal it. I could go into more detail, but i give up. No more ordering pizza while living in a suburb of Vallejo!!

WASTE OF MONEY! It would have been better to STAY HUNGRY! Costco has better pizza for crying out loud. Veronica had an awful attitude for the two minutes I was in there to pick up my online order. I placed the order online and they couldnt even read it right. I will never eat at this chain again. Four people were so disgusted that we couldnt finish a large pizza. Two pies for $50 is crap.

I placed an order with them at 10 in the morning to come and pick up my pizza at 1215. I showed up at 1220 and they hadnt even started to make mine. I told them I would wait, and then watched the cashier take a phone order and put it ahead of my order. I had them cancel my order and walked to Hawaiian Bbq.

Ive been in Vallejo for 18 months now and found this Round Table after the not so tasty one in Vallejo closed and every pizza Ive gotten has been delicious..very consistent...timely. Highly Recommend!!

I live in Napa and drive to American Canyon for this pizza. We have one here but its doesnt taste right. Nice place to bring the family, then you can walk over to the yogurt place for dessert.

I ordered non spicy food but they gave me spicy food and I asked if I can return it because i specifically said I dont want anything spicy. And they said they cant .. They didnt apologise

I had a personal pizza. Its very small, cheese was dull no taste and over baked. When I placed the order they would not upgrade to a small size because coupon only good for personal size.

I called in to make a pick up. They told me it was going to take 15 min. I showed up in 15 min and they completely forgot to make my pizza.

Its a Ok place. I have been to other Round Table Pizza parlors that had better tasting pizza and more upbeat staff.

Spent over 20 bucks for a small personal pizza bread sticks and a coke not that much food for such high prices

There just isnt enough Round Table Pizzas anymore I stopped here when in the area
