the Indian man whoever he is is not friendly a little boy came in ask if he could use the restroom he said NO now Im paying for my lunch bought personal pizza and 1 trip to the salad bar after eating 2 slices of my pizza that I bought and some of my 1 trip to the salad bar was full asked for a box or paper plate to put the rest of my 1 trip pizza in he said no i ts him that is my pizza Im full do you believe that he finally have me a plastic container to put the rest of my 1 trip salad in I should not have to had told him Im full to take the rest of the salad that I paid for home to eat it whenever I get ready very poor customer service he wont be in business long if he keeps treating his customers like that. Pizza and salad was good. Oh I almost forgot when I ordered my personal pizza I asked for salami and olives he said no as if I was spending His money unbelievable, as if I wasnt going to pay for my extra topping. If he is that deficient in English he really needs to take some college courses classes we have a Jr college right here in this great city of Vallejo its called Solano Community College hope he read this post and see himself.

Walked in and there were signs posted on every wall for it seems everything. Owner has accepted the fact that he doesnt even have to explain anything to you. Definitely a hurry up and buy situation at this Round table pizza. Store looks like they should be selling blunt wraps. I cant stand when owners feel like the hard working people that spend their money dont deserve top tier service just because the pizza doesnt have caviar as a topping. Straight up stealing and going against the grain of the program that put him in the situation to prosper. I had to leave this delicious pizza behind. My inner Bay area protester just couldnt buy another one from him or her. They are definitely fatigued. Maybe this post will put some pep in their step. Going to American Canyon location. Costco Pizza is Better! Made a online order but when I came in to pay the cashier couldnt find my order. A person that looked like a manager came out and lied saying she tried to call me twice about my order but really it was once with no voice mail. Professional places leave a voice mail. She didnt have my order go thru because she wanted me to pick between 2 toppers that are both suppose to go on the pizza. Shady. Making me pick between 2 toppings that are apart of the the actual damn pizza! Then told me I have to wait 30 minutes for the order when I ordered online thinking it would save me time. The pizza wasnt up to par with other round table pizza joints. Costco pizza is better! Never coming here again!

Awfull service! We e are at the marina less than 4 miles away for them. We ask for our pizza at 5:20 and was 8 and nothing. At 8:20 we call again and they said that the delivery guy get lost and couldnt deliver. They dont even bother to call us. We were hungry so we asked again it was 9 and the pizza wasnt here and now they said that the dont deliver here (even they said that the first time get lost). They charged for both pizzas and they wont deliver my dinner or giving my money back until 5 days. I explained that they have my almost 60 dollars and nothing to eat but it seems (like the lady told me) that its not their problem even if they have my money. Not again with Round Table.

do not order from this establishment ! completely unprofessional, charge my card after I ordered online, sent me a receipt of what time to expect, my food then called to tell me they will not deliver to my area and I have to wait 48 hours to get my money back. although this is a corporate company owners do not want their drivers delivering to certain areas of Vallejo. No urban areas,

Some of the workers in round table dont know how to act because my mom and my family do things different than other people and a coworker has gone against her and tried making another coworker aganist her too. It is amazing how childish the service is there. Round table has good and hard working employees but they need to do something about how they treat one another

The worst round table Ive ever been to. They deliver but dont deliver to more than half of the neighborhoods in Vallejo. So you have to do carry out and deal with the rude employees who work behind the counter. So glad the the new round table across town just opened up. Way better customer experience there and the food doesnt taste old like the one on springs rd.

if i could give it 0 stars i would , gave the wrong pizza and wouldnt even come and change it, asked for me when i just had back surgery to come in and they would re make it for me , i had asked for delivery NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER

super lousy phone service. Just called and had the most unhelpful girl answer the phone. No information regarding menu, or any sense of customer service. Also in town delivery time was 90 mins. Id prefer to simply microwave mediocre pizza.

The comments below are very accurate to my experience. Tons of customer signage inside the restaurant dictating what you can and cannot do. The oven is off, the pizza was on the well done side.

Good for take out or lunch with a big salad bar. Not is the best part of the 707. Parking lot is sketchy at best.

Best pizza. Small portions, and expensive in comparison to little Ceasar, and Dominos, but its the best taste.
