I usually like round table but this is the first time iv had a bad experience with them. One saterday my dad and i wanted to order in pizza. So, we called roundtable but got a busy signlal. So at around 10pm my dad drove to their location( which isnt too far away) to order a gourmet veggie. After an hour my dad returnes home with our large gourmet veggie... i took one bite and realized this gourmet VEGGIE has CHICKEN on it... my dad and i are veggiterians. We dont eat meat. So, my dad goes back to roundtable to return the pizza. Another hour later my dad returns home to tell me that they werent going to make another pizza free of charge, that they were going to give us another one for 15% off... even after asking for the supervisor they werent going to give us a another pizza free of charge. My dad said "fine give me a full refund for the last pizza, ill go somewhere else." Then they gave a full refund and a meat free gourmet veggie. I did ask my dad why we couldnt get through by phone and what he told me flabbergasted me. There were two people working the counter, a regular employee and the supervisor. The employee was working the register and the supervisor was standing against the wall watching the employee work the register. When my dad told the supervisor that he tried calling in but couldnt the supervisor told him that the person who answers the phone was in the restroom... so the supervisor couldnt answer the phone? Shes THE SUPERVISOR she sjiuld be able to do all the jobs! And its just answering the phone!! My gid these were the most incompetent employees iv ever encountered!! And the fact that my dad got a busy signal, no continuous ringing, means ALL the phone lines were used/on hold. Really??

I order delivery from here often but lately I wish the Menlo Park location would deliver to me as their pizza is much better. The quality is very mixed on delivery. Sometimes everything is perfect and other times the pizza that arrives is burnt.

This will be the last time I order from Round Table. I specifically ordered half with no sauce... The whole pizza has no sauce! Ugh!! They always mess up, it shouldnt be hard to freaking mess up when I ordered online!

They never answer,dont deliver until after 4pm, consistently get the order wrong and generally seem not to care. Dont really blame them its not the best job in the world but still lame.

For the second time this week they forgot to include the sweet peppers on the pizza and refused to make me a new pizza. I will never order from this location again.

I eat here when i visit my customers at Stanford. Great place to have lunch, nobody is ever there! Im literally the only person here right now....

It sure makes a difference what RT pizza place you go to and who makes your pizza. This one is not nearly as good as my local RT.
