I just wanted to send compliments to Chef Hesh! I ordered from Hesh on a very short notice (1 weeks notice) for a Company Holiday Luncheon (buffet style) for 28 people with vegetarian eaters. My non-vegetarian coworkers loved the braised chicken! His chicken was very tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The chicken was all gone by the end of the day, as well as, the saffron rice. My vegetarian coworkers thought the spread was tasty too (which are also bonus points). I heard compliments on the roasted sweet potatoes (a coworker took some home) and another loved the roasted squash with romesco sauce (so much that he would like to recreate this dish for his family Christmas party). I had several coworkers going back for seconds. I really enjoyed the rosemary cake as dessert. Also, the pita bread was so delicious I could have eaten the entire bowl! No one at my company is vegan, but I personally enjoy vegan foods. I will occasionally cook vegan food at home, so I thought that was awesome that all the dishes (besides the chicken of course) was vegan. Thank you from all us at Rapiscan Laboratories for coming all the way out to feed us! I would definitely recommend Hesh for kosher catering or any catering as a matter of fact.

Heshy and Epic just catered a very elegant sheva brachot for us with 60 guests. Didnt blink an eye at the requirement of both gluten-free and soy-free. Gorgeous and delicious passed appetizers including coconut-cauliflower chilled soup shooters, and housemade lamb terrine with pickled mustard seeds, followed by equally interesting and yummy dinner and dessert. Some of the best food Ive ever had, kosher or otherwise; very helpful in planning the event; great staff. I was really able to enjoy the party knowing that he had everything in hand. And the price was extremely reasonable for the spectacular quality! Id hire them again in a second even if kosher werent a consideration. You cant go wrong with Epic Bites.

We went to another caterer first, YES that was a huge mistake. We were mislead and ultimately told just prior to our wedding, No, we will not be able to help you. Disaster looming, we contacted Epic Bites Catering a couple weeks before the wedding. It was our second choice but it should have been our first choice. We would have been spared the fiasco handed to us by the first guy. Everything went smoothly. I remember the food being served beautifully and tasting delicious. The staff were outstanding and demonstrated a desire to make extra efforts to make the occasion go smoothly. Tops! Five stars!

We have used Epic Bites Catering twice now...once for a Board Retreat and again yesterday for a very, very last minute event. I cant say enough good things about Heshys divine cooking, flavor profiles, plattering skills, flexibility and beyond excellent customer service. Heshy chooses the freshest, in-season items and creates dishes outside of the standard norm. He elevates simple ingredients to create an amazing dish. He is the caterer that every true foodie loves to work with!!
