I dont even no where to start..... I had a horrible experience at this salon!! My original hair stylist is on maternity leave and I needed my hair done I seen a few pictures that caught my eye so I thought I would try this place what a big mistake.. Ive had my hair blonde for 3 years and never had a problem till now, cendi did my hair not only did it take her 6 hours but she didnt blend my roots into the existing blonde (she said my hair would fall out if she did that) "thats funny it hasnt in the past 3 years" not to mention she burnt my head I now have scabs, the top of my ears are pealing and she burnt off my side burns!!!! She said my head couldnt take the toner "once again never had a problem" so I was left with a burnt head that is now pealing (see pealing in pictures) no side burn and my hair is 4 different colors.. she new she messed up because she kept asking others how can she fix it!! She quoted me $125 before I went in and she seen pictures once everything was done she wanted me to pay $180 she new I was disappointed so she asked me to pay $140 so her boss wouldnt say anything then she wanted me to come back a week later to fix it but wanted to charge me another $40 Not to mention she didnt wash my hair i felt like she just rinsed the bleach out the water never touched the bottom of my hair I even asked her arent you going to wash my hair she said she did it was so ruff I thought my hair was fried once I washed it at home it felt way better.. I will never return here total waste of money and time now I have to pay double just for someone to fix it. Very unprofessional and disappointing the boss should not have allowed me to leave her salon looking the way I did. Its been one hell of an embarrassing week!!!

Let me just start by saying that I am so particular about my hair that I will drive 4 hours back to my home town to see my stylist of 15 years. My hair is very important to me. Im super apprehensive of any other stylist even touching my hair. I came to Anaheim on family vacation to Disneyland and stayed at the Disneyland Hotel. I had some grow out that I meant to have trimmed up before we came on the trip. I decided I couldnt stand the length anymore (had some platinum ends left to remove and they were getting frizzy) so I googled for the closest place with the best reviews. Bebes came up and they accommodated my appt asap when I called. Disneyland Hotel had taxis outside ready to go, was a quick drive. Alex did a GREAT job. Blended the trim and payed super attention to detail. Super impressed. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! I will be able to enjoy the rest of my trip better now. You guys are the best. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I had an appointment at 4. I didnt get helped till 430, the girl who was suppose to dye my hair Midnight Blue dyed it brown because she was rushing to get home fast, they bounced me to the owner to wash my hair out who left me at the station for 15 minutes while attending her grandaughter that was running around & bounced me back to the chair again for another girl to cut my hair. I got bounced around to 3 different girls without having the courtesy to ask me how my day was going. Disgusting service. I went again to have my hair color corrected a week later to get my $ worth at no extra charge due to the lack of attention from the first girl but would NEVER go back.

Been going to Bebes since it opened. Have had haircuts done by Rosie, Esperanza, Laura, Beto, Martha and Jenny all of who did a great job! Dont like the price increases though but Ill still be stopping by

I will definitely not be coming back and I recommend for others to find somewhere else, my hair was done very poorely I needed my roots simply dyed and they managed to mess it up
