It was a great experience! Sharif definitely knows what hes doing. Hes a great hairdresser for someone like me whos indecisive about her next haircut. He told me hell take care of everything, but not before we made an agreement that if I didnt like my hair afterwards, then I wont pay. He takes a great pride in his work and his confidence is beaming. I ended up loving my haircut and a new hairdresser! He was also very hospitable. He offered me tea and food! Everyone in the shop was very friendly and we talked for the whole time I was there. The customer service was definitely superb. In fact, there were times when he was assisted, so there were two people working on my hair. The reason, however, that Im taking out one star is because he made me blowdry my own hair for a minute or two. I dont mind doing it. I just figured, that really isnt my job..He also accidentally got a little bit of hair dye remover in my eye, which was quickly taken care of. Overall, Ive never been to a hair salon this good. I would definitely come back. Id highly recommend Zena to anyone. P.S. My eyes fine :)

I recently visited Anaheim from Canada and, with a morning free, decided to call a local salon for a much needed cut and colour. I spoke to Sharif and he offered to open early so that we would have more time at Disneyland with our family. From the moment we got there and were welcomed with refreshing tea, to the moment we left with gorgeous hair, we were treated so well by Sharif and his staff. While waiting for my colour, my husband even had a hot shave and facial, which he enjoyed and appreciated very much! (We even got some advice from the girls on where the best beaches were). Just overall a lovely experience that exceeded our expectations! I would recommend Sharif and his staff at Zena Hair Salon to anyone without hesitation.

Seen Yolanda aka Julie for hair Extentiins after a bob gone wrong turned mullet with short hair all at top of head. It seemed unfixable and I was worried it would not turn out that well after paying a salon price. However, she is a hair guru and if I hadnt seen it in progress I would have thought she had pip pity bob bity pooped it into being. The results exceeded my expectation times a million. She is professional, assertive, easily comprehends what is desired. This was my first time ever having Extentiins placed she broke down styling, shampooing, and hair maintenance Her hours are 1-7 F-Sun or by request 10 stars

I went to this salon after I saw all these positive reviews. But now I am sure most of these reviews from relatives and partner of this salon as Arab do all the time for advertisement. I went to this salon and all I ask to change colour of my hair and before I start I ask her to make the same colour I choose. But my hair become two colors, as my original colour in the end and a little bit lighter close to the root. When I ask her why ?? she reply there is a problem in your hair!!!!! I Don,t recommend this salon for any one.

Great place, I take a trip from Chino, CA every two weeks. I feel the customer service is excellent and very professional. I recommend this place to all my co-workers. Its nice to find an old-fashioned salon that caters with facials, hot towel, and neck massage. The price you pay for such service is a bit unfair for the stylists, but I always compensate them with a very generous tip! Thanks, Shariff, Mo, Raffi, and Taqi for keeping the good mom and pop shops going.

Today I had my hair done.First when I came there I was nervous because its been a year never been in saloon for cutting my hair and color. Honestly I had a very good experienced of this salon. The owner Shariff he did a great job of my hair. The staff are friendly and nice.Very good customer service. This place is the worst ever!! They ruined my wifes hair! I can not believe it!! Also they do not respect women, they yelled at women and treated them like an animal!! However, if you show them a picture of a haircut, they will not listen to you, and your hair is going to be completely not like the way you wanted. Also, they do not have a unified price, there is no list wit wh prices!!You will pay as much as they wanted like if you are stupid!!

I have had many tear - inducing haircuts in my lifetime, but once I found Bushra, I refuse to let anyone else cut my hair. Shes actually a friend of my moms and we used to drive all the way out to Arcadia from Cerritos just so she could cut my hair. Now shes at this salon (yay for a 15 min drive!) and still amazing cuts! Honestly, best haircuts on a consistent basis. I wont go anywhere else. Ask for Bushra, you wont regret it!

Sharif and Khuloud are amazing! I always feel spoiled and taken care of with them. Ive been going to this salon for almost 4 years now. Despite all the coloring I get done because of my gray, my hair is always healthy and shiny. I get lots of compliments on the color. HIGHLY recommend this place! P.S. Im not Arab and Im not their family. Im just a highly satisfied customer!

This place is amazing. Not only is Sharif is skilled artist but the atmoshpere you are in was incredible. They make you feel comfortable and take pride in you walking out feeling like a million bucks. Great experience. This is not your regular salon. I would recommend this place to anyone in the LA area. Want to look perfect when you do not respect others!? Treating a customer such a filthy and rude treatment is unforgivable. My friends, I really recomend you not to visit that salon. Do your hair cut in your house rather than being insulted and disapointed. Unfortunately, I had to put one star above to post the comment. Otherwise, I will not :(

Ask for Sharrif!! He is the owner and is amazing. Got my hair and eyebrows done and it was amazing. I took my sister in law who has trouble walking and he was very patient and helped her with everything, especially an amazing cut!! I would just suggest making an appointment.
