It seems like every time I go there is always a problem here. Whether its only one person working with a line of people waiting or the only 2 stylists working are both dying hair. Why isnt there an appointment system for dying hair? Ive tried going the past two days and both times the ladies tell me theres going to be a long wait because they have to finish dyeing hair with at least 3 other people waiting to get cuts. Why isnt 1 dyeing hair and the other doing the cuts? Ive gone to other locations and I dont run into this problem, always this location. Its very inconvenient and its not a proper way to run a business.

This shop isnt quite what it used to be during its grand opening, each time I go for a cut there only seems to be one older lady on staff whom I have to instruct and remind step by step to trim around the ears, square in the back, and left sideburns uneven..basic fundamentals for a regular mens cut. I was excited to see a super cuts reopen in this lot, but Id rather drive a little further to the one in uptown Whittier for a stylist more in tuned with their profession

Donnie is the one who cut my hair. He was really nice and so was the other dude there with him. Even though donnie is still learning he did a really good job and thats who im gonna ask for next time i go.
