Beautiful place, talented barbers..all except for one who went by the name of Kelly. I had thick luxurious long hair, in need of a simple trim, she messed it up as if she cut my hair blindfolded. I sat in the chair and before I was even able to fully explain what I had wanted done, Kelly cut me off and said she knew what she was doing. I asked for an inch to be cut off with 2 on the sides. Before my eyes in matter of seconds she snipped off 3 full inches and thinned my hair very poorly, chopped off ALL my bangs off and messed up the back of my hair, she took a 2 guard to the top of my hair..must have no eyes. I dont know where she got her barber license from, or how she is employed at Upper Kutz. Very rude, and takes no time into giving what customers want. Dont recommend this place off that tragic experience.

Called in asked for a beard trim, guy said he will be available at 4pm He only took me in at 420pm and aperantly I wasnt the only 4pm appointment, because a lady came in with her son for a 4pm appointment as well. Now to the actual cutting and clipping service, I asked for a simple job and yet none of the hair line on my face were straight or symmetric. Poor costumer service, and not Profesional, really disappointed considering the fact that my stylist put in a word for you guys. . .

(First time) I had no appointment and on a Saturday morning waited approx 30 minutes. Thats not bad at all. Haircut (Fade) was done moderately well. I had to personally resolve some around the ear hairs that were missed but its a new relationship for all to determine what I like and expect. Ill be back to see if I theres a barber for me in the shop. Sidenote: Clean, Prices are clearly displayed, conversations are appropriate for the audience(s) (Children were present)

Its cool. Better than what I expected. Took m bf and lil cousin there. Did a good job on facial hair. Like that they dont do appointments. The hours are good. It was so full on sat. About 5 male barbers and 1 female. The female did a good job and has a large cliental. can do all types of hair there. Being a female I like going on sat with my cousin to see all the sexiness walking in and out. lol

Its ok. Horrible customer service! Made an appointment once, waited for an hour, and then someone else got a cut before me. Ive gotten good cuts from them but expect to wait in line for a long time.
