I go in yesterday for a hair cut (its packed) and get told id be next after a family. Im like cool, ill wait. I wait about 1hr and 30min for Snow. Snow is a good guy, no disrespect to him. I see the owner Ray get people who walk in over the people who were there waiting for a cut. By the time he realizes the others are their dor a haircut, he cuts me off (when its my turn) because he realized he messed up. Saying, "Snow need to start with the other walk-ins who had been waiting there a while." So i get dissed and disrespected in front of everyone and couldnt get a hair cut. Complete waste of my time. So Ray can take in whomever he wants, but his other employees cant? Sounds like a dictatorship leader to me. No disrespect to the others or Snow, but Ill be taking my business somewhere else. No organization or respect for the clients.

I went in the other day and asked one of the guys to give me a mid fade right and that i wanted my hair long from the top. I told him to just trim it with the number 3 so its not so long and not to short and that dude cut my entire hair off wtf that guy just didnt listen. Now i dont have my curls anymore.The only one that knows how to listen and cut good hair is rae

I took my 4yr old in yesterday and they did an amazing job and made him feel comfortable. They even had a movie going on the tv. His hair came out perfect! Definitely found our new shop.
