Do not go here! I came in one day to get a beach wave perm and instead got an extremely tight poodle looking hair style. I brought in pictures of what I wanted and was very specific so I know it was not my fault for the extreme confusion. Not only did she do the complete opposite of what I asked for once the perm solution was in the stylist said she would be right back, the timer had went off and she still wasnt back for at least 10-15 extra minutes! (I had never had a perm before so I didnt know leaving the solution in for so long was bad) My hair was completely fried and later started falling out. I called back the next day and told them that my hair was literally fried and nearly burnt off and the same stylist just told me I didnt take care of it and didnt know how to style it correctly. So apparently I managed to burn my hair to a crisp in just a few hours and it wasnt totally their fault for not correctly caring for my hair. Its been almost a year later and I still have the horrible perm and extremely thin hair from it falling out.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I arrived just after 10am (when they open) for a walk -in hair cut. No one else was waiting. The stylist was blow drying her own hair with the gate still closed. When she had to stop what she was doing to come over to my kids and I, she had an annoyed look on her face. She opened the gate and said, "Can I help you?" Lacking kindness and a smile. As if I would be standing in front of the salon waiting for something other than to pay for the service that they supposedly professionally provide. She told me that I would have to wait because she was "the only one there". Well, it only take one person to cut one persons hair. It was obvious to me that she cared more about herself than us or her job. Needless to say we did not wait. I have made an appointment elsewhere. I will save you to annoyance...dont waste you time.

I do believe that I have found my new "regular" salon! I had a terrible experience with the salon in walmart last night (yeah, I know, but I didnt want to pay an arm and a leg) I ended up making the "stylist" stop what she was doing 5 minutes into the cut, when I started to feel a breeze on my scalp. I left with some hateful words, and searched online for a salon still open at 7pm on a Saturday. Thats how I stumbled in, almost crying, into Regis. The girl who cut my hair, OMG. I wont say shes a lifesaver, but the next best thing!! She took one look at the picture of what I originally wanted, and what the walmart girl already did, and found me the perfect alternative! She couldnt give my length back, obviously, but I am SO, SO happy with what she did. And shes a really cool girl too! Nice, down to earth, fun... Thank you Meghan!!
