The lady was rude and all I did was ask a simply question and I been going the them for over 2 years now and I never had this problem shes a new girl there and I think they have changed there hair or the vendor they buy it from because I can tell from hair I just brought to the hair I have last year unfortunately and it does get tangle

I ordered a closure piece over a month ago. NO ONE can seem to find it. They have given me The run around The entire time. The team does not work together. One day my hair is there, and when I come to pick it up, no one can find it. Very disappointed in the lack of communication the team have.

Wanted to try a new brand for a install. I went in and they were out of my typical length and texture. The young lady helped me figure out the right length, texture, etc. She answered all the questions I had. So far I have had the hair in 1 month and it still looks great with minimal shedding.

So Ive had this hair in for about 5 days now. I love it. Its very pretty hair and I would recommend it to someone else. There has been some shedding thats why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Besides that I really like the hair.
