POOR POOR POOR! These people are unprofessional, rude, AND give terrible haircuts! Stay away! My husband and 4-year-old son have gone there a few times before and they just get mostly clipper work, very short hair and theres always missed stray hairs but we kept going because they were so nice. This time I took my son in and he was a bit tired but still in a good mood. When the lady called his name , he said "I dont want a haircut!" and this fat hairdresser guy said, "Oh here we go." REALLY?!?! So I put him in the chair and he started crying and the fat guy said, "He has to sit still for the haircut." DUH! So Im trying to calm my son down and the old lady said, "Are you getting a haircut or not, we have other customers." so I just picked him up and we left. Im NEVER going back there again!!

The first time I go, I was like why not let me try it out, I was looking for a new places. So i go inside and wait not too long with my two other sisters. So they asked us if we prefer anyone and my two sisters chose this one girl and i wasnt really picky because my hair has never been "ruined," oh but soon enough i found out. I go up to the lady and she basically the whole time was criticizing my hair. After all that she gave me the WORST haircut of all time!!!!!!!!!! I literally wore my hair up in a ponytail everyday until it grew out and i could get it cut again. My sisters on the other hand thought their hair was okay and ever since we havent been back. My dad decided to take my brother their and when they came back his hair was unevenly cut and basically had somewhat of patches.

It was my first time to this location, and I think to Great Clips altogether, but I was thoroughly pleased. The new receptionist could have pretended to be slightly more enthused with her job, but apart from that everything was perfect. Place was well clean and well maintained, all barbers were super friendly, spoke English as their first language (a big plus - not to mention a rarity at non-salon barbershops these days), and of course seemed to offer excellent cuts. I know my barber, Joseph, did a more than superb job. Not only was he able to give me the exact cut I wanted based on my description, he offered styling tips and other products for me to try based on the style I was going for. Could not have asked for anything more from a barber/stylist.

I got a coupon for a hair cut for $9.99. The reviews for this place made me concerned my hair was going to get hacked... I tried it anyway and was pleasantly surprised. A guy named David (?) cut my hair and said he transferred out here from another Great Clips in North Carolina. He asked a bunch of questions that barbers / stylists usually dont...he was very detail oriented - in a good way. To say the least, I was thrilled at the results when he was done. Nice work, Great Clips, in hiring a true professional!

Well I must say at first I was upset but Ian did everything in his power to make it right! He fixed my daughters hair n made it beautiful and cut mine as well! Hes an amazing guy and stylist! I will/would recommend him to anyone male or female! If you want a great cut by a great guy go see Ian!!!! I will be going back to him for all of our hair cut needs!

Staff has always been nice and professional. Using the Great Clips app allows you to check earlier to avoid waiting. When products are on sale, the prices are usually very competitive. Please ask for David, he always delivers on great haircuts. Avoid Saturday and Sunday unless you use the app because they are really busy on those days.

The lady who cut my hair today was quite rough and rushed through it. My hair was still wet when I left so I couldnt tell, but once it dried I had a ton of little hairs sticking up everywhere, Im guessing from when she was ripping the brush through my hair. I didnt make a stink at the time, but wish I had. Never going there again.

David has cut both my son & daughters hair and Ive been equally pleased both times. Ive had mine done as well but I cant remember her name. Everyone is kind and professional and Ive never been unsatisfied with their work. Im relieved to have found that I dont need to spend a fortune to get a beautiful cut!

I would give 0 rating but i have to give at least 1 to write this review. veronica the worst ever. stay away from her. She is rude and doesnt care about what she does and worst barber ever. you would be very beautiful shaving your head yourself than her trimming your hair. STAY AWAY FROM VERONICA

Great staff & prices! I was quoted their price over the phone, when I arrived I saw the posted price was accurate. Ive been there 2 times in less that 2 months & Ive only waited 3-5 minutes before my turn on the chair. Terrific place.

if you come to this place you will be paying for the TVs the atmosphere and massage, the hair cuts that me and my friends got stink they cant Taper, or even do good line ups. if you care about how your hair looks dont go here
