Unprofessional leadership Comments: I went in for a haircut on 14th of March, after the haircut I provided the coupon to the stylist who had cut my hair this visit, and I informed her that it had expired on 3/10/17. She stated they could not honor the coupon itself at face value of $7 total for a cut; however, she offered a $2 discount as a loyal customer, since I frequent that location every 4 weeks. Her manager, Richard or Robert, was at the register starting to help another customer when he stepped way from the register and demanded that my stylist take over the transaction. While she was finishing that transaction, the manager literally shredded the coupon and said he wouldnt honor the coupon that its no good. I advised him my stylist this time had already agreed to the $2 discount, and he turned me to say, "tough, I am the manager." The coupon is no good. I use to go there every 4 to 6 weeks, but if that is they type of service they offer to customers, Ill visit another type of salon that stands behind their stylists and provides loyal customers the benefit when available.

I have been a regular customer at this location for last couple of years. I also take my son who is 4 years to the same location as well. Except may be couple of times, My experience has been over all very positive at this saloon..well.. there is nothing perfect rite?

The one in Cypress closed so I drove to this one in Seal Beach and I wish I didnt, the girl messed up my hair, I asked not to trim it more than 1/2 inch TWICE and she agreed, next thing I know she chopped my hair off, I was very unhappy.

took my granddaughter in to have her long hair trimmed...it was very uneven when it was done..Also took my grandson in and his hair was literally chopped off. Would not recommend.

WHERE IS ALLY!!!! Desperate to find her. Shes the only one who knows how to cute my hair. I let someone else cute my hair at the location. I HATE IT!!! I will NEVER go back!

The staff are all very friendly and nice. There was little wait time if at all. They have online check in. I will probably be going here every few weeks for haircuts.

3 out 4 girls were dissatisfied with the $45 updo we had done.... we all came back and had to fix something or aother.

Hair stylist are blind. My hair never comes out even. There its always a patch missing.
