When I set my appointment, I explained that I wanted full color with highlights as well as a cut. When I got there, my stylist said that I was only booked for partial highlights and mentioned that it was the second time, this week, that the appointment had been made wrong. Needless to say, she did do a full color with highlights. She also stated that as a first time customer, that my charges would be 50% off on all services. 3 1/2 hours later, I was charged full price and didnt realize it until I got home that night ($250.00). I called the next morning and the young lady took my cc #, apologized and said that I should see the credit, on my account, within 15 minutes. Never happened. Called the shop two days later and was informed that it takes 2-3 days to appear on the account. Still waiting... Oh, and lets not forget the long strand of uncut hair that I found prior to leaving and she was suppose to be a master stylist! Needless to say, I am going back to Ebony at Circa 92! They are awesome in every way. Hue? Never again no matter what anyone says.

I have been to this salon a couple of times and will probably never return. Who charges 50 bucks for a basic blow-dry?? It took the lady an hour and a half to blow-dry my hair!! It takes two hours to highlight, color, cut and style my hair with my normal stylist. I have never had to sit in a chair an hour and a half to get a blow-dry style. On top of that she had the nerve to charge me extra for additional time it took her to style me. What about the time I had to wait for her to continue my blow-dry after checking on her other clients color? Who compensated me for my time? Unbelievable!!! The lady must be new to the salon, she was very slow and didnt seem like she new what she was doing!!

I know this place isnt cheap BUT I believe the price is worth it. I have been getting my hair cut by the hairstylist Kami for about 3 years consistently and have yet to be disappointed. Every haircut comes with a head and hand massage. My haircut is always precise and perfect. Kami takes her time, is super friendly and I really enjoy going here! I never have to wait long for anything so I dont understand some of the previous reviewers complaints. I would NOT recommend Jessica from the waxing department, however. She waxed half of my eyebrow off a couple years back and now I stick with the waxing ladies at Happy Nails instead!

I have finally found a salon and hair stylist that I LOVE! I first used Hues services summer 2009 after two years of my stylist moving away. I had been to several other salons without satisfaction. Hue is inviting, clean, well organized, and open on Sundays! My 8 year old daughter has her hair done by Tammy while Andrea does my hair. It is certainly more than I would like to spend on a hair cut for an 8 yr old, but she is treated like a little lady and always leaves feeling taken seriously and like a big girl. :) We have a GREAT time at Hue and it is the perfect mother/daughter outing for us. Worth EVERY penny!

Gave this place 3 chances and now they are out. Twice I showed up for a facial and both times they claimed they had rescheduled with me for another day. The second time I even called the day before to confirm! But what really did it is that they do not honor the promotions they offer. When I went and told them that I was there for one of their promotions, I was told that I was supposed to have received a voucher and "it should be coming to you soon" in a very snooty tone. Will never go back!

Worst experience of my life. They did not do what I wanted them to do turned me from beautiful blonde to dark highlight nightmare.the haircut was not good. My hair came out orange and DO not trust them to do your ombré. They ruined my perception of what AVEDA represents. Oh and the manager NEVER gave me a call when she clearly said she would to apologize. Dont go here go to a REAL AVEDA. With professionals not people who "act like they know what theyre doing "

Im a low-maintenance, shampoo, condition, air-dry kind of woman. Jennifer H. and Deidre are both amazing with color and I never leave unsatisfied with my cut. The Aveda brand and service you receive are deserving of their prices. Ive been going here for 2 years strong - and I plan to make it many more!

I love Aveda-Hue. The staff is attentive and my stylist (Emily) is amazing at cutting hair. She also does a great job with my highlights. I dont want to try another salon.
