This is the third time my daughter has been here, the first time they trimmed her hair and did her bangs perfect, the second time however which was in January she got her bangs trimmed and not only was the line crooked so was her bangs it looked horrible, fast forward to yesterday 6/20/17 I went to do a drastic haircut on her, she had beautiful long hair and we decided to cut it to her shoulders, a huge deal for me, they cut her hair so crooked it looks horrible on the bottom I also specifically asked the stylist to fix her bangs which she did not do all she did was comb them to the side. I shouldnt have came here a third time, lesson definitely learned.

Ill start off with saying our stylist Eren was very nice and patient. However, the service was very slow. She also was not vary careful when she was cutting my hair or the gentlemen before me. While I was waiting I kept hearing him say ouch, watched him flinch and then I would hear her apologize. Then it was my turn. She nipped me with razor a few times which hurt and then kept catching my ears with her comb. For the service being so slow she definitely wasnt careful. However, she was nice. Not sure if Id go back to this location or have her cut my hair.

They often get a bad rap but you get what you pay for and on a good day, its even better! I had a great experience with Jocelyn who cut my hair and took her time with great detail. Will surely come again! I think its best to go early and during the beginning of the week.

I like how you can check in online in advance and that they keep a record of your previous cuts so you can get the same cut without having to remember what they did.
