I have been going to Ulta Salon since July 2015. I had a fantastic experience all three times with three different designers. They were extremely helpful; fun; and really came up with three different styles each time. I had shoulder length hair that I had not cut in five years. Cut three inches plus off the first visit. The second visit I again just walked in for a same day appointment and my hair style was perfect cutting off about two to three inches. It was perfect for me; however, I really wanted to go back to a really short short cut. Again I walked in in September and Jackie designed my hair exactly the way I asked her to after showing her several pix I had with me of possible styles I liked. I love it. Im hooked on ULTA Hair Designers at this address. So thankful to Pastor Debi Malouff (formerly HROCK Church Pasadena) who introduced me to this Ulta Beauty and Salon store.

I went to Ulta when it recetly had opened and had highlights done. The girl left me like strwberry shortcake. Then yesterday I went again just to get a bang trim and the girl messed them up not to mention that she burned my forehead with the flatiorn. I dont think that the girls ar Ulta who to do hair really know what they are doing. Usually they we your hair to cut it or even do a dry cut. This girl put hairspray on my hair held it down and then went to town on my banks. Now I look like my 5 year old nephew cut my bangs. I wont be going there for haircuts or color ever again!!!!!!

Alex, with gorgeous green eyes, is the FIRST person at this location to ask if I needed help. I SO DID!!! She helped me 110%, was very patient, gave me many helpful tips and information. I was beyond pleased with this experience because nobody has ever helped with me a beauty routine. So im super excited to try this out.. To bad she is only there twice a month!

I got my hair cut there about one month ago, which was a huge mistake! I was very clear and specific that I didnt want choppy layers. I asked for longer layers. The weird woman with two-tone orange/black kept agreeing with what I asked for, and then cut completely choppy layers. Idiot! I will never get my hair cut there again.

Ive been coming here for years, and it is my go-to spot for many beauty buys. However, that is ONLY if I have one of their coupons, since the regular prices on the drugstore brand items are higher than at stores like Target. They do have a great selection of nail polishes and supplies.

I called to inquire if they can do braiding, the lady who answered told me to wait twice, it took me 3 songs to finally hang up. Seriously how hard it is to ask your stylist to do braiding? U need to do in service! So disrepsectful.

Selection was nice, dont get me wrong. But the place is so under staffed. They kept having phone calls and the line was so long. I was waiting in line for so long I gave up and just didnt buy anything. I just walked out.

The staff always makes me feel like they are watching me for shop lifting and are condescending since I look young. Over 3 years of shopping there I have only Occasionally met a friendly and helpful staff member.
