Terrible... Sorry, but after the service I got from Sophia, I would recommend all men to stay away from Sophia. Spoke down to me, was just trying to get me done and out the door. Spent no time looking at me when I sat down, and asking me what I wanted to have done, just looked at computer and said "You had this last time". Then... she was very rough with the electric razor around my neck and ears (Man problem... That ear hair!) After my third time I asked her to please be careful, I said WE WERE DONE. She asked me twice if I wanted to speak the the manager.... NO, I just wanted to good hair cut, and not feel it! Paid the $14 and got the hell out of there. Might do again if in a rush, but no Sofia. PS... Why do all the stylist chime out "Welcome to Great Clips" when people come in. The lady cutting hair next to me twice stopped mid-sentence with client to yell it out. Very annoying and fake.

I love going to great clips here! The ladies are always so nice. I got a couple inches off my hair recently and when I got home it looked a little weird to me and I was worried, I called them up and they said if I wanted I could come back and get it fixed. I went back and although I was unhappy with the first cut the lady fixed it up and said she wanted me to be happy with the haircut and to not worry at all. She was so kind so I felt bad for going back but Im glad I did! Super nice lady!!

I check-in online 30 min wait; ok this is neat I can Finish some wraping. No one in the salon. As I entered the door four people chimed together "welcome to GREAT CLIPS" (fake). they dont take computer coupons the price is $14 I need a trim $14and some suggestion as to what I can do? Lora (?) trimed my hair tryed to sell me some stuff. I dont know why she could not take the time to help me understand what I could do to help better my hair.

So I wanted to do a changed look and I decided to get my hair cut really short and this is the first time I ever gotten my hair cut and I dont regret it but I really wished I could have gone somewhere else. The lady who did my hair said she been cutting hair for 7 YEARS!! I am highly disappointed and will NEVER return!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was my first and last time at this place.

Honestly save your hair and DONT GO HERE! The lady messed up my hair and had the worst attitude! I would recommend going somewhere else with better quality and service since the people here clearly cant cut hair and dont know how to provide service

Shelly was absolutely awesome! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and was so friendly. :-) I will be back to have her cur my hair again for sure.
